I watched on in sympathy as my wife was turned away by several so called doctors out of disinterest or whatever reasons for a large nasty cyst on her shoulder. I stepped in out of futility. I gathered an array of surgical instruments and powdered lidocaine to prepare a 2% local anaesthetic solution to carry out the minor surgery. Yes it was a success despite a minor blood vessel bleeding for a minor time. Reluctantly due to the doctors playing god attitude, we had to go this route. I stumbled upon this as last week my small finger tip had been crushed & required amputation. The horrible surgeon really butchered the repair and I will have to revise the butchery I ask, why are you doctors in the business, clearly for the money & prestige. Absolutely disgusted in the callous lack of care and staring down your nose at humans, VETS care more in their surgeries for animals. For the record my wife's cyst was removed with casing / membrane in tact and years later hasn't regrown. I look forward to my own revision with similar aesthetic improvement. I find you impertinent.

Can't believe that I underwent through this. Mine is also closed technique. Never felt any pain at all because of the anesthesia. Thankful I was able to watch this after I finally made my decision or else I would probably back out. 😂 This is the best decision of my life.

I am not scared of this procedure at all! Thanks Doc for showing me how this is done and providing me with a better understanding! Surgery is in 2 wks!

This happened to me for the first time upon first learning what a vasectomy was during my freshman year health class back when I was 14 or so. On one slide we saw a brief animation depicting what the procedure entailed, at which point I proceeded to passed out and fall to the floor. An ambulance was called. Fun times!

That is not practicing medicinal, he is just removing an cyst. The guy is saving the family $250 dollars at least which is what the hospita charges.

I can watch other surgeries just fine but this one..why did this one make me feel so disgusted- not disgusted but like- The thought of someone poking and cutting inside my nose..this almost made me change my mind but dear god I’m so insecure about my nose I look fine from the front but my sides. No.

It's amazing how much human anatomy changes before you see it in anatomy class. This was beautiful even from an anatomy teaching perspective.
