      @@keggz01 Some progress fast some not. It's best to fly a wing you feel 100% safe with. But honestly anyone with some experience can fly an en C or D in perfect conditions. Only if you fly them in rough, bad spots much wind and lee that's where you better be 100% under the wing you fly. But then why fly in bad conditions in the first place? With paragliding there's no clear if this than that. Flying simply depends on so much external and internal factors (hangover, overworked, unrested...) So one can't say it's a bad idea to upgrade from B to C. It depends. The Artik R is a very well designed wing with an honest character. Hence a nice upgrade 👍

      because that rotor was the strongest there, but later I also thought that I could have lasted there and maybe I would have gotten up faster or ended up faster in the trees :):):), we learn from mistakes :)

      @@pellko I respect your impression 100%. But "in front", on the windward side, I can see absolutely no rotor, but perfect calm climb. - From my point of view you clearly flew into the lee..... Nice flights and happy landings!

    Hi jozef,,great video,,maybe the colapse was because looks like you where going trough the Strong lift instead of turning into it,, and hit the downdraft .either way the behavior of the colapse was really good even in that strong core,, i just got mi Artik R what a great wing! Cheers

      Hi Jozef, Seems like you're new under a 2 liner. Don't use the breaks when on glide! It makes the wing less stable. Use B-Handles and push speedbar about 30%. Train that - it's much more comfortable.

      ​@@christianboksznaider5014 tbh I would not accelerate (and probably not be on the B's) in those conditions. I agree that they are very effective, but the brakes just work better. Plus an accelerated collapse tends to be much more violent.

    Hi Josef, I like your video! But I suggest something about your body position/harness. In tubolence, I see your hands over the brindles, and in my opinion this put your weight in a unstable position, with a too fast moving load on wing. I don't know if this is an harness setting or maybe wrong size....😉

    I don’t see any low ‘safe’ or ‘save’?…..still in the sh*t at the end. looks like you are flying in the blue hole between 2 cloud streets where there is descending air. Not worth the risk: nasty. EDIT: I am copying this in here because I think this is an important safety issue. I may be wrong, I wasn’t there but from the look of the clouds it looks like there are cloud streets running parallel to the hills. (For ’celerun’ below) It looks like there was a head wind coming from the right (in line with the streeting clouds) and the collapse (4:38) came from rotor off the spur that you were flying towards (and also note the big lump of hill further up wind.) Always be conscious of your ground speed, where the wind is coming from and the shape of the terrain. Fly high, fly safe!

      @@chrisstevens4680 Yes, the wind was blowing from the right side over the hill and it was strong, I knew it and I knew I was in the rotor. This video isn't about showing someone it's safe, it's just about how I managed to get back high from there. It wasn't safe at all, but it worked. That is all :) If someone is bothered by the sound of the vario (I don't mind this sound), just turn down the volume on your device or don't watch the video at all. :)

      @@pellko Hi Jozef, I’m glad that you posted this video, it is a valuable educational video, but also congratulations on the low save. Your persistence paid off nicely! Basically never give up (but keep good safety margins)! Regarding the vario, the tone/sound is a personal thing. I was just commenting that the air did not ‘sound’ good because of the mix of cross wind and thermal. I have had my vario make some horrible ‘nervous’ noises when the air has been ‘sh*tty’.
