There not restricted lol my mt gears out at 87mph but you need the wind behind you and going down hill 😂 put and exhaust and air filter on it already but it's running lean the spark plug is white so I think an ecu is the next step

I was having a bad season, and i've withdrawn from it. I am however still active over at International Simracong organisation, which they livestream, i'm gonna try to race in vr this sunday for their 1978 DRM season.

Well, it's a faux leather steering wheel from eBay, the hub also came from eBay and is 3d printed.

@@KayoMichiels I'm glad it got improved by the devs. Its just that GPLRank still lists the alpha version as well as the updated beta version. The alpha version no longer appears to be available for download from any source. Consequently it is impossible for anyone to complete any Total ranks!!!! I have informed the admins of GPLRank but they have not replied or removed the alpha version requirement. Frustrating.

@@kannou772 he only changed the piston and cylinder, if you also change the camshaft and give it a good tune it will go faster with good gearing

It doesn't have a quick shifter like the big ones, so i have to use the clutch.

Thanks, years of driving grand prix legends has given me a switch in my head when i feel the car is breaking out and i can catch it.. but sadly.. not all games allows you to increase the steering lock by much... which i need in order to catch it when it breakes out... whether it be intentionally.. or not...

@@KayoMichiels Hows the driving in Automobilista? Im a huge Assetto Corsa fan and Ive put about 200hrs now into drifting, but ive heard AC isnt the best feeling sim. I still enjoy it though, feels real enough through my wheel that I was able to pick up some tricks IRL in my mustang.

@@BluejayGamingVR More refined than AC, AC has cut a lot of corners in terms of realism , the tyre model (in ams) is very detailed, and the turbo is actually simulated right.

@@KayoMichiels Indeed. The modding group who made this mod initially for Rfactor (of which I became a debugger) explained it in the manual they made for the mod. One of the members was an engineer in real life, and he explained that there were too many things that are missing to even make the cars remotely realistic. He described Assetto Corsa as "a good game, but not a simulator".

Yeah, that's the only thing missing.. could have done it with reducing the cooling factor and the game itself will make the brakes work less good.

But there is brakefading in the 1955 season mod for grand prix legends.
