Matt, I have a niece who is in poverty trying to raise her two grandchildren in a really bad mobile home. She's in Avondale and owns it and a decent piece of propertie. Her mom and sister passed away, and now she has 2 mobile homes on properties. They need help. I was trying to find someone who would be able to either do a renovation or replacement. We don't have money to purchase anything, but I will be receiving an insurance settlement before Christmas that may help. She's a recovering addic who is doing a fantastic job caring for these children. I am honestly looking for someone who can bless her with something more modern. I know people aren't in business to give things away, but charity can go a long way. If you or if you know someone willing to be a God, send that would consider this, please contact me. If not, I understand, especially in this horrific economy. God bless you either way.

Title came back and come to find out the VIN numbers and the HUD numbers are different then the original title they have and so now we can't sell the home till we figure this out any advice? Any more info is great im 37 and wanna buy I. These nicer lots for all ages BUT I see all these states where the park moves or resell or is shutting down but it seems like really bad properties and very low rent . These parks here iv see are gorgeous and been here for long time some built in 1970s BUT the homes are 2023 -2024 the people the office area some even finance there w 5% how do we find a place where parks will be secure where we can’t be sold mesa has a lot of new homes family park 50-100k and 2023 2020 some are older some very new
