Windowsill Herb Garden
Просмотров 92Год назад
Just a short video with some music in which I make a herb garden for my windowsill. Couldn't grow much in an apartment since I don't have a garden, but a planter is a nice compromise. If you want the material list: - 3 plants - gardening shovel - moisture monitor garden dirt - planter - spray bottle Twitch : www.twitch.tv/dakunn Instagram : hi_dakin

Просмотров 15 тыс.3 года назад
Hello everyone! In this video I show you how to take an old phone, dissemble it, and turn it into a super aesthetic looking art piece. No need to spend 130$ on etsy for it! Easy tutorial Warning : lithium ion batteries are not a joke, be very careful around them and make sure to have a bucket of salt water nearby. Twitch : www.twitch.tv/dakunn Instagram : hi_dakin

Mientras escribo este comentario estoy probando las mejoras y la verdad esta bastante bien. Gracias crack.
Awesome video man! Much rather create one of these myself and enjoy the process than shell $200+ online
Hey can i by a iphone 4s disassemble frame work ? How much
Keep going bro dont stop posting videos one day you will be a big content creator ❤
What did I do to deserve such a kind comment?! Thanks so much man that's really impactful to me. I'[m trying to figure out what kind of videos I want to make since the DIY stuff is fun but I don't do it too often. So I'm waiting for some inspiration to hit but maybe making videos all over the place until I find something I like is a viable option as well. But thanks so much man your comment is too kind and makes me super happy to hear.
@@Dakuni seen that phone art frame video and that's so good i like you're contents. quality of you're video you're voice everything is so good you are doing so good videos and you deserve more so keep going am not good in English so i cant express my feeling in words anyway keep going one day you will success ❤
@@Dakun post more videos dont take a big brak to post next video
Im getting a Keychron C1 tomorrow. I think all this stuff is silly - the lubing, the foam paneling, but i can almost bet that within a month ill be doing it too lol.
Ah thats a very cool idea, I'll probably end up building something like this soon!
Thanks I appreciate that! I actually saw it at a thrift market so I won't take credit for the idea, but it was fun to build and looks really nice
I love how its just the different little videos mixed together with nothing else or no "why"
I love your videos, keep going!! I feel like your videos are gonna go viral one day (i really love those kind of short aesthetic calm videos, thank you <3)
Thank you, you're too kind! I really like Alvin Zhou's style for his cooking videos and I just like trying to make something thats pleasant to watch. <3
@@Dakun ohhh let me check him out right now
ahh wow I just checked him out! yeah the styles are pretty similar, tho what I find more awesome in your videos is that its so short and doesnt get boring to watch, and it gives you a cute little vibe in the day!! I love it!

Great video I ve always wanted to try kintsugi myself
Thank you! Yeah it wasn't too bad and its always fun to build something with your hands
I fr want to do this with my first keyboard I ever order but im scared to mess it up. idk if I should tape mod it or foam mod or lube it. or all of it 💀
I was about to ask those keycaps lol
I'm only here for the music.
What is lubing for ?
who else just ripped the phone into pieces and called it a day
Awesome video, man! Subbed!
Wow, the lubing is so handy instead to brush every piece😱
How did you get those switches off so easily? Even with a switch puller, flathead screwdrivers, tweezers, and curette, mine feel like they're glued on. (And yes, I got the hotswappable version.) I am chewing up the very flexible switches with these tools.
tutorial for the photoshop?
i have an old nokia and want to turn that old tech into this! thanks for the video, but the way you did all of this on top of your beautiful setup desk is sent me to the edge 😭. im afraid the glue and etc. can damage the desk. try to use work mat instead!
is this the hot-swappable variant of the keyboard? and would it need to be hot-swappable in order to do this mod? thanks
This is, but you don't need to be hot swappable to do these mods. Hot swappable just means you can change the switches from brown to another switch if needed!
What happens if you only add foam (no lube)
it would remove any echo sound from the inside, but switches would sound the same
great diy! Thanks for tutorial dude...
Yeahhhh this is so good
Quality content
Aren’t the browns pre-lubed?
The vibes are magnificent my guy. 10/10
I wanted to get o rings to dampen my keycaps but I’ve found that cutting up the foam into small pieces and sticking them in the corner of the keycaps it works pretty well. 2xkepcap seem to be the sweet spot of feel vs sound.
never use o rings.
ma bro! what font did you used?
don't remember, but if you go to dafont.com they have a huge library. You can do it with one you like there!
2:25 you can jiggle the keycap puller in gently with the prongs aligned vertically and it will fit
hey if i got a non-hot swappable keychron c1, am i still able to put foam inside under the board?? thank you!
So cool👍😎
Dude I liked your video, now you have a new subscriber
thank you man, just having fun and appreciate the support. Backpacking video coming tomorrow 🌲
thanks for the help I was stuck after getting the 8 screws out i didnt realize the pins were next
Yo bro, nice artwork!!! Can I ask what app or site you use for templates? Thanks bro 🙏🏻 I love ur artwork!
I used photoshop to make the design, but there's only lines and text so you can probably make in PowerPoint or even paint, just make sure size of the document matches size of your frame
If you want to remove the escape key without disassembling the board, I've found that using a piece of floss or thin wire like a standard keycap puller works wonders.
nice and plain. well done! gonna try it on the k10.
FYI the stock Keychron Brown switches are most likely made by Huano. They have very high tolerances, and as such they have a great deal of stem and housing wobble. While the Gaterons aren't as bad in this regard, switch films are also very helpful in this regard should you stick with the stock switches.
I've definitely noticed that recently, I was thinking of either changes the switches, but would be fun to try the film instead
does the c1 work with ps4?
Yeah I subscribed and now expect regularly scheduled content
the definition of "regularly" is: "whenever I can come up with an idea" right? 😩 I gotta check the dictionary
@@Dakun once a week at least. Not every video you do has to be a blockbuster although you have set the bar very high. Consistency is the key. Either way great content man.
This is awesome I got to try this on my old Samsung !
THERE IS A 9th SCREW HE DIDN'T MENTION After talking the plate off the top case off there is screw in between the backspace and insert key. I almost broke my board trying to take the plate out with that screw in so I hope this helps someone. Other than that this was a great vid and helped a lot, thanks man.
I'm thinking about replacing the keycaps too! Thanks so much! Time stamps: 0:00 Introduction 0:37 Taking off keycaps 1:28 Removing screws 2:28 Removing the housing 2:45 Removing the PCB board 3:08 Adding foam 4:21 Placing back the PCB board 5:10 Lubing the switches 5:59 Sound test and outro
oh and is the keyboard hotswappable?
yo thanks for adding this! and yes the keyboard is hot swappable 5 pin or 3 pin
@@cyncxd Depends on which version you're getting. Just make sure to select the one that is hotswappable since they also provide versions that aren't but are slightly cheaper
@@ventroid4473 yeah i reread multiple times
to make sure lol
This is perfect. a bit of thock, a bit of clack, good feeling
Nice video man! Just got a C2 and gonna do this mod this weekend
thanks for the tutorial on how to take apart the keyboard, i never would have figured it out myself
just wondering what song did you use xd
Big boom
