Hey Michael, I've watched your series of videos enjoyed them. 2 weeks ago I bought a 1981 Motocompo that has some cosmetic and functional issues. I've just posted a video on my channel of the initial teardown portion but I did want to report back to you that you can remove the fuel tank and oil tank without much issue if you remove the oil line from the oil pump and let it drain overnight, then remove the rubber spigot funnel looking connection on the bottom rear of the oil tank. That way the oil tank clears the oil pump. With the fuel tank and oil tank loose you can then remove the oil tank and finally the fuel tank. Thanks for posting all of these videos, it has made my life a lot easier seeing all the issues you faced before running into them on my own.

Nice setup - as other have pointed out, you should use a matching Stage6 belt or one from Malossi or Polini that is up for the task. Also you probably don't have to baby the cylinder for the full 300 km when breaking it in. Makes sense for cast iron ones, but the aluminium cylinder like the S6 Sport and Racing are usually good to go right out of the box. At least that's how they're treated on the racetrack. Just make sure the engine is not running too lean and the cooling works as intended. Cheers!

What jet are you running ? Also strange why your belts hit the case are your variators the same size as the old ones ?

I would get a mallossi kevlar belt or a polini kevlar belt. the original belt is just too weak

I have the same kit ( stage 6 mk2 70cc ) on my mbk booster ( European Zuma ). I always go with a mallosi kevlar belt. The original belt is too weak when you're running a performance kit. Btw: love the content 👍👊

That's a big box of parts! 🤔 The Gentsuki look will really suit the little Passola. You do see a lot of them bodged together though. On had skateboard truck runners instead of fork springs. 🤦 Was the Gentsuki kit for the passola? Or is it a general kit?
