Price was a good player himself at the time but made to look super ordinary by ronnie. The break wasn’t a given as many assumed he had to make it at points with very precise positioning and timing. And...What better ref to have for that break too than the late great Len Ganley, my favourite referee of all time - he just a way with the players; led them but also served with a servants attitude. Beautiful man

At 4:54 its not forword spin...its lil back with lil left spin
No, it's definitely top spin. Back spin with left hand side would have sent the cueball to the right of the reds. Top spin is what allows the cue ball to slightly "banana" and come off the top cushion at the right angle for the canon.

zed tobias he tries to play so as to give himself options on each shot. Ok he didn’t disturb the 2 reds but was still in control of the cue ball and still developed the 2 reds 3 shots later 👍
