The transit system should set up private rooms in all the stations where drug users can go do their drugs inside a warm place in peace. Take more working taxpayer money to fund this new development. Frankly, Calgary Transit need major upgrade on their transit system if city council want to compete with rest of the world. Calgary is one of the few major metropolis left which did not have 24/7 transit system in place. The transit system is poor. Buses actually run less during cold winter days. Other major Canadian cities had 24/7 transit systems. They run at least once every hour during the night. And at peak times, once every five minutes. Their transit systems actually get busier as temperatures start to fall.

Can Americans move to Calgary?

The Calgary Transit and C-Train system is run by morons and idiots, who deliberately make it more on safe than it needs to be, through poor station design and, poor operational decisions. The problem is stop the people in charge of the system don't use the system that's understand very little about the syaten. Calgary Transit also routinely lies to its customers.

This could also be a good list for areas where you are most likely to be harassed by homeless people (East Village, Sunnyside, Mission, Inglewood), or a list for areas were you are most likely to be sexually assualted... And some of the parks named (Stanely Park, Lindsay Park) are so sketchy, wow, I would not let my teen daughter go there. Definitely Altadore feels safer though.
