Chin Mounts install on Biltwell Lane Splitter Helmet
hi, I changed the same exhaust recently, is there any way to make it not hear so loudly
Hey, make sure the baffle is in (check my other video showing how to remove this). You may also be able to use some silencer packing?
Aussie Moto Vlogs -I have got similar lights for my project car and have designed and printed them in PETG, for the final version I will be using ASA as it's more UV stable. You could try Fusion 360 for the CAD software as you can use it as a hobbyists.
Legend! I’ll look into some ASA! I have used Fusion years ago, might have to take another look..
What’s the consensus on the best filament for motorcycle parts? Actually moding the same bike. ❤
I’ve had a few small brackets snap (horn bracket) that were made in ABS, I’ll take a look at ASA next I think. I’m about to make some custom bar end blinkers so might be a good opportunity…
I recognise Malaga 😆
Did it throw any codes? And do you have to tune if you want to install it yourself? I got a 2025 and I'm contemplating if I wanna do it myself (looks straightforward though) but is afraid if theres any error codes or tuning needed. Thank you
Hey, no error codes. I’d recommend tuning to get the best out of it, though I didn’t and haven’t had any issues so far!
@@OzzieMotoVlogs Thanks for the reply mate! Can't wait for it to arrive in my doorstep!
Hey, I hope you are well. I see that you have used the jax garage wiring diagram. I am using the same, do you know what the config is next to the no lock on the diagram??
Hi, thanks for making the video. It has been a great help. Where did you get the wiring diagram for the munit blue? Is it possible to get that or download it? Thank you
my 2021 vulcan came with this same exhaust, mines unrestricted and sounds amazing, its almost to loud at certain rpm haha.
Yer I find that also, especially when sitting at one rpm range for too long (highway cruising)
Good job!
My man, got rid of the sewing machine sounding OEM muffler and upgraded to a growl....Love the mod....Note to self, do the install.
Is this the 350 model? Would it effect using a paddock stand with bobbins?
Hi there! Very helpful video, I've currently got my learners permit in Perth right now. I was told that if you have a car license I won't need to log any hours? Since they didn't give me a book ect, was this the same for you?
That is correct. I'm not sure if you have to have your L's for 6 months before you can get your license however.
@@dodgyaz You can't do your hazard perception test for the first 6 months of your Ls
Hey, if you have your full car license, essentially you’ll just have to wait the 6 months before you can move to the next stage, no hours required to be logged. Then once you go to your Ps, you won’t have to display them which is a nice little bonus!!
@OzzieMotoVlogs thanks for the info mate. Appreciate it.
Poor kid haha!
🤣
Where can you buy it????
I bought mine from the Delkevic eBay store here in Australia.
Delkevic Exhaust have no the Catalyst. Does this in exhaust increase the hp? How many?
I would have to put it on a dyno to really find out. It would definitely need a dyno tune with new exhaust I’d say..
How many ft lbs of torque did you tighten the header bolts to
How did you get this dumb idea to put some shit on tires?😂
What mirrors did you get mate?
Nice video mate. Where you based? Be nice to catch up for a ride
Very useful thankyou.
Naughty man scaring the children 😏
😂 one of them was my son so it’s ok?
Your videos are always helpful. Is there anyway that you could tell me which way the two fuel lines on the left side of the tank get connected? I think one is a fuel return and a vent maybe? My tank is marked with a blue dot but neither hose is marked. One of the hoses runs down through the bike and out by the kickstand, should it be connected to the port on the tank with the blue dot or the other port? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I was hoping I could find something on RUclips but there is literally nothing about the Vulcan s fuel lines.
Let me take a look and get back to you.
@@OzzieMotoVlogs awesome thank you so much. I haven’t been able to find anything to tell me which way to connect these lines.
Hey mate sorry for the delay. The one with the little filter thing goes to the rear port and the one that’s just the tube straight through goes to the front port. Hope this helps!!
jadore tes videos, vraiment top... pourrais tu me dire si tu as du faire des réglages particuliers pour avoir le décimètre a l'air libre comme ça sans soucis de combustion ? merci
Sorry, looks like this has been translated, what’s a decimetre?
Build is coming together! perfect front cowl design well done!
Your voice is very low at the beginning. Compare it to the music volume. Excellent video. Nicely shot. I couldn't do anything this well. Going to try "bleeding my brakes" the way you did.
Thanks for the feedback mate! First time using FCP swapping from Luma fusion so a few adjustments needed.
Purchased myself a Vulcan recently after watching your vids. And live not far from you too 😂 Thanks for the content mate
Love it mate! Enjoy, it’s an awesome bike. Might see you out there one day!!
Hey, if you’re using the original speed sensor I’m pretty sure this won’t work with the motoscope pro and you need to use the one supplied and the magnet pick ups. My next video upload will be around setting up the speed sensor with the motoscope pro, so watch out for it! Uploading soon!
Tank you so much
Good time man. Keep up the vids. I enjoy watching them.
Thanks for the support!!
Do you need engine tuning after this mod? I have seen a lot of people say it might offset the factory tuning and therefore you need to retune it after modifying
I didn’t tune it after and have noticed much difference in how it runs. But I’d imagine it’s advisable to tune after a change like the exhaust…
Glad to see another K Build! Looking good so far! Constructive criticism try a version 2 of the seat it’s just a bit wrinkly My build is far from perfect, I’m looking forward to seeing the end result!
They are awesome bikes! I definitely agree about the seat, the idea is to get it to a point where I can register it here in Australia and then install a sidewinder rear suspension kit. So the seat will be getting re-done then.
@@OzzieMotoVlogs oh okay I’ll watch through the series. Looking killer so far bro !
Going for my full license in five days really appreciate all the advice, here in Victoria you do a two day course then three months later a check ride the after a month you are able to try for full license the cost is nearly a grand all up to
@@vadersfather1248 good luck! Yer i remember something similar in NSW. It’s not a bad thing to have to wait 2 years here, plus I get to ride a nice bike by myself anyway…
@@OzzieMotoVlogs I ride a vstar 650, I picked it up for seven grand with only 3 thousand on the clock can’t wipe the smile off my face every time I ride her
@@vadersfather1248❤
Hey, thanks for the Video, really enjoyed watching it. I am currently building mine as well, or It's pretty much done, but I have not managed to connect the speedometer properly. Is it possible to use the OEM?
Gday! I’m pretty sure the OEM Speedo doesn’t work with a motoscope pro and you’ll need to use the one supplied, keep an eye out for my next upload, it’ll cover the setup of the speed sensor supplied with the motoscope pro!
What exhaust is that
Delkevic! Check my install video!!
Where did you get that Milwaukee tool set?
Is it difficult to drive for a long time with this exhaust? Is it okay at a constant speed? After using this exhaust for such a period, do you still have a good opinion of it?
I definitely do feel my ears hurt after longer rides, but it’s easy enough to wear ear plugs if required and my shoie helmet blocks out a lot of noise. Definitely still a good opinion but I don’t have anything but the stock exhaust to compare to…
@@OzzieMotoVlogsBut have you also considered the Arrow system?
Is that a musarri exhaust I can hear ? Sounds good whatever it is 👌
Delkevic!
Did you have to dremel so much material from the clip ons as I’d be worried that they would snap off over time. I thought just a couple of holes would be sufficient?? (Im no expert in this matter 🙂).
I probably didn’t but it was easier to get the wires through, it would have been hard to get the buttons back into their holder without taking so much though… The new clip ons have a fairly thick wall so I don’t have too many concerns.
What exhaust do you have on it?
Delkevic mate, check out my install video!
Good to see some Perth motorcycle content. I'll have my license pretty soon... see you out on the roads!
See you out there!
Are these supper loud? I am trying to find something that has a nice deep grumble like the video makes them sound like but you cant ever tell decibals in videos. I like deep grumbles but im not a fan of loud. If its loud enough buddy next to you doesn't want to ride near you its far too loud for me.
It’s really hard to convey on video, they aren’t super loud, though are much more loud than stock. If that makes sense… I might try using a db meter to show the difference….
So much easier and cheaper to put the shims on a belt sander than the valves
I don’t know, I’d be keen to see how you hold the shims, flat & for long enough to take an even amount of metal off… note I only had to take .15mm of some…
So much work and expense has been put in by the previous owner already. Good buy. Currently building an '86 K100RT handed down form my dad. Has needed a lot of clean up and pump was completely toasted.
Mine is coming along nicely, have you checked out the uploads on the K100 build? They are a fun bike to work on, definitely a marathon not a sprint! Have fun and sing out if you need any help!!
your exhaust sounds amazing? what is it?
Delkevic slash cut, check out my install video on it!
Hehe, Different underwear
7:02, that thing, what is that??
That’s the O2 sensor.
Hi, after months what do you think? I'm looking for an adapter for DJI and Shoei NXR2, do you recommend something 3D printed or a solution like this? Thank you
This is perfect! Can’t fault it!!
Best part of the entire video was you flipping off the dog! Very funny - I do the same.
Um thanks, not sure that’s a compliment… but thanks for watching anyway!!
Great exhaust sir. I installed the same one but it wasn’t the ceramics. It sounds fantastic. I posted a long video on how to install it step by step. The only thing I would suggest is to record the O2 sensor replacement, it is the most sensitive part and I wasn’t able to see it clearly. Overall great video and enjoy that magnificent exhaust.
Hey bud, I've got a '23 Vulcan 650 as well and was wondering what year/make/model your exhaust was? I know Vulcans are pretty much the same specs/parts every year, but I was looking at a slash cut full system that's labeled 2015-2021 and was curious if you had that model (or similar) to let me know if there's any issues installing an exhaust "not meant for that year model"
Hey Mate, I have a 2023 Vulcan and the exhaust I bought was labeled 15-23. It’s a slash cut Delkevic. I’m not to sure if there is any changes between years but I’d say if mine fits between 15-23 there hasn’t been any changes that should affect anything. Might pay to ask the supplier though.
@@OzzieMotoVlogs Thanks for the info boss man
