"WHAT A STUPID ACTION, IM GOING HOME FUCK YOU"
F1 2010 and 2013, aka the greatest F1 games of all time
Why can’t they just use AI or whatever and make the teams run a couple of laps with mics on the car, then put it in the game and that’s it. That would sound just like irl and people would be satisfied
Sounds like a Toyota corolla compared to the V12's they used to run. Now that was mechanical music!
Personally think the merc and mclaren sound the best its very metallic like and spluttery graspy sound epsecially around corners is just amazing and loud in person The ferrari deffinetly comes second cuz you can clearly hear the turbo spool up I honestly dont get it why people hatenthe v6s so much They sound good!
I came for the unseen Ferrari 1989 Imola onboard suggested in the thumbnail… 😅
yeah some teams attract more than others and I like to play with it in my thumbnails 🙃 imagine showing an Arrows or a Haas ...
@@mxcnf1 Yeah I know. There’s a word for that particular practice, but it escapes me…
The Graphic Difference is clearly visible
Even the Top Gear boys said how insane this track must have been
God these new f1 cars sound so shit
The original Tamburello was basically the same as Curva Grande (Turn 3, after the first chicane) in Monza, but obviously in the opposite direction. All it needed was a resurface, as it was way too bumpy for such a fast corner. Curva Grande never had any major accidents, Tamburello shouldn't have had either.
the old was much better
…ganz ehrlich das Knöpfchen spielen ist sowas von langweilig geworden Dazu noch der Funk und das Team das alles durch rechnet ….
Wtf, it's totally ruined
the kerbs are so better now
The 1989 F1 car isn't far off in terms of straight line speed, not bad at all
Incredible how they both reach the hairpin at the same time, considering the first 2 complex's were added to slow down cars. Modern cars are fast.
Senna would be upset that his accident ruined the track
The old track is ridiculous, poor designed with a long straight close to a wall, high curbs and weird corners. Dangerous af
Funny how they put chicanes back in the day (variante bassa, acque minerali), just in the wrong places safety-wise
the one that is most exciting is definitely 1990 and 2006
The old original circuit was the best, having changed Tamberello now has ruined the track.
Imola was a great track but wasn't a classic GP race track (emphasis on the race element). The 1990 Berger/Mansell tussle was an exception, perhaps. Heck, de Angelis won the '85 event and took the lead in the championship without leading at any point during the race itself. Love that stat. Anyhoo, my layman's suggestion would be to tighten the Tamburello chicane and move the following straight over to the left and remove the Villeneuve chicane so there's a run to Tosa. Ratzenberger's horrible accident was a lack of run off and hitting the wall head-on at full pelt. That closing speed van be partly sorted by the previous chicane but giving an overtake opportunity like they did at Abu Dhabi (removythe chicane right before a hairpin). Also could Rivazza be turned into a longer and then harder braking zone? Might need fo buy the houses beyond for run off. Move variante alta back? Love Imola. But not the current track...
f1 24 sounds too much like f1 2014 maybe cuz its 10 years later coincidence? i think not!
The racing has changed and the tracks are not dangerous anymore. I don't want drivers to die but it will never be the same. Back then you where risking your life every time in the car . Since Jules the safety is great but f1 will never be the same........
what is the name of this track
abu dhabi bro
Another fart engine sound
Tire barriers along Tamburello wall would have prevented 1994 tragedy. 30 yrs later and much safer cars, the Imola track should be put back to what it once was. Currently it is not exciting.
Umm... simply no. The sentimental scars are too great to ever have this section of track go back to what it was pre-1994. Not just because of Senna and Ratzenberger, but because of Piquet, Berger and Alboreto, who also had huge shunts there. Even as safe as the cars are today, a crash going 200 mph through a turn (or even going straight) is still as scary as it was back then. There's still no guarantee drivers will come out of one uninjured, so there's no sense in risking it. Plus, as it is now, it'd be a flat out run all the way from Rivazza to Tosa, which would only add up to safety concerns.
@@victorleoncio1079They should cap the top speed of the cars too. Too dangerous
Nah no way... Tamburello is basically blanchimont without the runoff. Tires wouldn't have done anything
@@victorleoncio1079 what about the corner at Silverstone where Lewis punted max at 190 mph and Max landed in wet tire barriers shaken and unhurt, for which Lewis received a very light slap on the wrist and ended up winning that race.
@@tyronnezx you know not what you speak about, if tires would do nothing why are they the main safety solution for current corner safety, you should know when not to speak
You should've used the 1995-2006 layout. Chicanes galore.
The old configuration should be an option for other forms of motorsports, especially Tamburello. Not popular but safety has improved with Safer barrier and the soft wall as great options if tire barriers were bad for the environment. Also to overtake in Tosa the Villenueve chicane will need help.
Unpopular Opinion: Imola pre-1994 was a better track, faster and with more points to overtake in velocity.
We have lost and won things. Obviously, we have lost Tamburello and Villeneuve-Tosa (we still have Tosa, luckily). But we have won the elimination of chicanes of Acque Minerali and Pits. Acque Minerali is again a great corner, lost during many years. Tosa, Acque and Rivazza are great corners. It is a pity the sucesion of anti-overtaking bland corners in the Tamburello zone. Ironically, the death of Senna was not related to the speed of the crash, but to an unfortunate circunstance. I think to remember Dr Sid Watkins (official F1 Dr at the time) said that Ayrton's body was almost perfect, without any single fracture. But, sadly, one of the arms of the right wheel had pierced his helmet and brain. Tamburello had been a dangerous corners for years, with notorious accidents (Piquet, Berger, Campos,...). So, the Senna's crash was not the rational reason to emasculate the track. It was a knee-jerk reaction by Mosley's FIA, due to multiple reasons (some of them very reasonable, others rather cynically commercial). Let's remember the ludicrous temporary chicanes that were incorporated in the next GPs... IMO, Tamburello can be saved using modern oval tracks walls and , perhaps, complementary decelaration measures. Also, modern cars have excessive grip, it is bad for racing and for the track themselves. Just ban those "stoopid" wings and you solve several problems with one step.
Dump imola and Mónaco circuits . Waste of time for those who are waiting for fun
How about dumping Singapore and those American street circuits and bring back Malaysia and Türkiye???
23 sounded better. This game is a step backwards. Handling, everything
Just a cash grab for EA, I swear the prices have even gone up.
Sounds like motoGP 😂
Honda Engine With Renault Engine Sound From F1 2014.
More like the 2023 Honda engine sound included in F1 24.
Ferrari downshifting is terrible 😭+ red bull sounds bad
Sounds look a lot more impressive
Sounds 'look' 💀💀
So for the track layout, we have multiple options to place a chicane: location A, B, C.... Imola: say no more let's do all of them 😅
They added two and took away three, if you pay attention: Tamburello and Villeneuve have been added while Acque Minerali, Rivazza and Variante Bassa have been removed.
They modified the "curva del Tamburello" into the "variante del Tamburello"
Look how much faster the F1 cars are now. It's not even close.
So much more pixels now than before.
Truth be told, these changes killed the track. Tamburello leading to Villeneuve was a major overtaking spot that ceased to exist with these two hideous chicanes.
Tamburello is hella dangerous. No run off areas there that meet modern requirements. I feel the aqua minerali is good with the change, but you cant overtake there anymore.
This wouldn't work with modern DRS F1. The turns leading up to the hairpin are too sharp to be taken under DRS.
@@tyronnezx I agree, but Monza has same kind of corner so why wouldn't Fia but that cornes as it is in Monza. Btw i dont know would it be possible
@@axuaxu1570 true, the best i can think of is curva grande, but this is a corner where you have to accelerate into. Senna was travelling 305km/h in tamburello during his crash. Curva grande, takes the apex at about 200km/h, giving plenty of time to slow down, and also with Safer barriers. Paraboilca is probably the most dangerous but ita padded and has a massive run off area.
Just bring the Tamburello wall right up next to the track. This completely eliminates any crash angle and we can have old Tamburello back. Probably can do the same with Villenueve. And modern materials means we can have those soft walls aswell
Just think them Trees saw senna
This clip also shows how fast current F1 car, both enter Tamburello at about same time and exit Tossa also at about same.
