As a local Bangalorean, I hate what the politicians and civic bodies like BBMP, BWSSB have done to this once glorious city. Instead of creating a new city outside Bangalore , they have made illegal layouts, closed up lakes and created more illegal layouts. Not just PGs, even regular houses are built like this. Independent houses are so close to each other. Not only is it a safety hazard, but it is also a bane for privacy. Old houses left at least 2-3 ft gap from the compound wall so there was 4-6 ft gap between adjacent houses. Now the gap is hardly 2-3 ft. with each other's windows within arms length.

We north indians 🇮🇳 never disrespected any South language but i have seen that many South Indians and their politicians especially from tamil nadu, they disrespect hindi language and abuse north indians. Their is nothing common between south indian states, they can't speak and understand their language hence they are isolated while we north indians are more united and even understand each others language and can speak hindi so that we can communicate with each other. In order to show that you love your own mother, you don't have to abuse someone else's mother. The same is the case with languages -- show love for your mother tongue by promoting it in different ways. Don't go around speaking ill of some other language, which is mother to millions of people elsewhere. A cultured and gracious person does not disparage other people's languages.
