Amazing guy, i so reconize some part of his story and i have been dealing with depressions from quite a young age. His escape is music and mine was gaming te get away from the loneliness and i still feel save and relaxed when gaming
It‘s very sad what he is talking about…. But it‘s also an example of how beautiful art can come about from pain. It explains also why Rammstein music is so ‚dark‘ - I think that Richard Kruspe and Till Lindemann are a very special creative pair: Lindemann is a poet and Kruspe is a music composer … naturally, both draw creative energy from the darker sides of human existence. Thanks to them for the beautiful and meaningful art they created.

Naja... wenn wir ehrlich sind wurden die Jungs von den großen Medien schon immer gehasst. Selbst wenn diese Doku existiert, ist das so ziemlich das einzige. Und dazu dreht sie sich nur um Richard, nicht um die anderen. So ist das leider. Es war mit Disney nicht anders, die Johnny Depp rausgeschmissen haben, als die Scheiße mit seiner Ex aufkam. Am Ende machen sie dann alle lange Gesichte und kommen wieder angekrochen. Wird hier sicher auch so sein. Sobald der Mist geklärt ist, heißt es dann vermutlich "ach Mensch sorry, wir haben uns geirrt." Da kann man dann nur hoffen, dass die Jungs weiterziehen.

If Richard only knew how much some people love him and truly care for him... Certainly I do. But, at the other side, I get that being famous is really hard thing to deal with psychologically and also I believe that it can be even very dangerous in many ways, so it might really make you vulnerable and lonely. Especially after a tough childhood. I admire this man, for his talent, his bravery, his attitude, honesty. And I am forever grateful to him for Rammstein. Their music is my best friend, a shoulder to cry on, a way to escape. Just as he said himself about his relationship with music.

After seeing this, I feel like "Ich will" was composed on Richard's behalf. It expresses his need to be admired, to feel that he means something and that he actually matters. Although, looking back to one of his interviews, he mentioned that "Ich will" was written to criticise consumerism. To express that the band doesn't understand why would people buy anything that's advertised well enough. Like they are completely mindless
He is the best looking member of the band. When I've seen photos of them throughout the band's history & of them as childrens & teenagers he has been consistently good looking.
Oh Richard..that made me tear up. I love him & the rest of the band members sooo much!!! I can def relate though..I’ve never known love. My parents weren’t bad..just had no clue. I was never socialised & still find it almost impossible to make friends. I get on great with animals though😂❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
