Be thankful you have shelter and and the money to travel and the money to go to the dentist and the gym and the grocery store and therapy. Some people have much more pressing concerns, meaning that they can't afford any of that. Some people are homeless. I am not trying to belittle your mental health issues because I have mental health issues too, but make sure to focus on things like gratitude. Gratitude is a very important thing to have in life.

I'm almost 30, i got a collegue degree, i was looking for a job for 2 years without finding anything cause I don't have experience in the educational system and that caused me to have depression and anxiety attacks... Or at least being unemployed made it more noticeable that something is wrong. So, to your question, yes it feels really bad depending economically by your parents. It feels bad when we don't have our life figure it out like everybody else. I feel useless, ridiculous and pathetic to be like that. But i'm working on it with therapy . I'm happy you want to start going there, but remember that this is just baby steps to start. This is a long journey worthy to start
