Bubble June Bullet Journal
Let's paint some bubbles for the month of June! They sing summer and kids love to blow bubbles when the school ends (they'd love that in other times as well but moms are sometimes not so keen on wet children in the winter;)) so summer and bubbles go hand in hand...
Enjoy and make a wish!

      I haven't tried it yet but if it's just clay on the inside I think it could work. If it's painted from the inside that could burn or react with the paint. Maybe try to dab some paint on a tiny piece of clay and put it in an oil lamp if you have one to test it first before you ruin your little masterpiece?

      Glad it was helpful! I'm not that good yet but as guys called me "budding dendrologist - no pun intended" I guess I'm on the right path:). I really love art, it's my escape into the dream world and that often mixes with the nature world because nature is very magical and it never ceases to be even if you study it for decades... Yea, we've probably all been taught "use up the first sketchbook first" approach - but for me and many artists this "multitasking method" works much better. If I play in one sketchbook it's totally chaotic since it's a million of styles and sometimes even different media and subjects all over the place... But if I have several it's much easier:) And less pressure - you already know what you draw in that sketchbook when you pick it up:). I'm still a bit too eclectic but I guess some of it will never go away... Thank you so much and I'm very grateful for every subscriber:). I hope you enjoy it here:).

I'm so so happy if these little videos help someone to go to nature and do art and give permission to do "something unproductive, even if we are not good at it yet, just for us"... I guess we all need it. Isn't it ironic that this little "unproductive" thing that we do is actually so very helpful and needed for our health - it's similar to what exercise does for the body instead of drugs - and art does this for the mind. Thank you so much it really made me so happy to read this!

      You are so kind, thank you so much! Lately I've been pretty busy so it was hard to get myself to editing (it's not that hard for me to do art:D) so your comment came as doctor ordered it. Thank you so much, it really means a lot to me!

    This is so useful. I've been thinking about this a lot recently. Thank you so much! Where do you usually buy your ink from?

    • @veryartyfairy
      @veryartyfairy 5 месяцев назад

      I'm so glad it was helpful! I buy my ink from a local art and craft store but you could buy it online as well. We even get a pretty good Indian ink in local grocery store (from Koh-i-noor - but I live in Europe). If you want your pen to be waterproof, use waterproof ink. I haven't had any issues with different inks - none of them clogged the pen. Some have a slight odour and others take longer to dry so test first if that is important to you. But in the end - the pen would go into the recycling bin and would probably never be recycled since it's made of many small different parts of different compounds anyway so you can't ruin it:). If you have any other question don't hesitate to ask - sometimes it takes me a while to see the comments but I always answer:). I'm so happy somebody will save their pens, thank you!

      @@veryartyfairy oh yes, than you so much, I've been thinking about it for a long time now. I'm already in Europe (in the UK) initially I was thinking about getting some pens that are refillable, but if I can just refill the existing pens, that's even better

      Thank you, hihi, that's the perks of living in a tiny European country;). You get a very funny accent that way... I hope it's not too distracting, though.
