Act now to save lives in Koodidi and Madagascar, two villages in Ghana's Eastern Region. A critical water crisis has left residents without clean drinking water for three months. Broken fuel-based water pumps have forced these communities to use contaminated river water, sparking a dangerous surge in waterborne diseases that disproportionately affect women and children.
Previously, in collaboration with the Afram Plains Development Organization, Easy Water for Everyone installed a water station that brought temporary relief. However, the reliance on unreliable fuel-based pumps has led to repeated breakdowns, plunging these communities into crisis.
