It’s not about just eating what’s "allowed," but making those foods taste amazing and enjoyable! Here are a few diabetic-friendly recipes that focus on flavor while keeping blood sugar levels in check: Zucchini Noodles with Pesto and Grilled Chicken Zucchini noodles (or "zoodles") are a great low-carb alternative to pasta. Top them with a homemade pesto made from fresh basil, olive oil, garlic, and a sprinkle of parmesan, and add some grilled chicken for protein. Cauliflower Fried Rice Instead of regular rice, use cauliflower rice. Sauté it with a bit of olive oil, garlic, veggies, and a scrambled egg. Add some soy sauce or coconut aminos for flavor, and you’ll have a tasty, low-carb fried rice. Baked Salmon with Lemon and Asparagus Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, and when paired with lemon and roasted asparagus, it’s a flavorful, nutrient-packed meal that’s perfect for diabetics.     Spinach high in oxalates, tomatoes have lectin, which tears the gut lining. Yes i eat both, but not as much as i use too.
