My dear audience,
In this channel you will find videos about local traveling in Arizona, off-roading using a UTV, occasional camping, the odd how-to video, some cooking (I have been on keto for about 6 years), my keto/ diet experience. I also used to be a competitive bodybuilder and I also want to include what I have learned from this journey in terms of overall health and nutrition. You don't need to make the mistakes I used to make. Etc. If you happen to have any questions, please leave comments as those won't be ignored. I have created this channel mainly to make lasting memories and I hope some people will find my content appealing.
One more thing, this is a friendly and positive channel. There may be the occasional swearing, however in general I don't want profanity on my channel as this channel shall be for everyone :) God bless!

Palo Verde Mountains Maricopa Arizona 08/20
Glad to see you going in depth here. Lots of points I made a couple months ago, and happy to see your experience lining up with my predictions. I also think you might say it louder for the people in the back: measure the things you mark as success, not the cursory indicators! If you want to lose weight and improve your body composition, ketones are only an indication of whether you're executing your strategy, NOT a reflection of your success! Folks trying to lose weight and NOT losing weight are 100% of the time overeating. Even if they are nearing starvation levels of intake, it just means they've let their metabolism and daily activity drop lower than that. Sometimes it isn't their fault about metabolism, like hypothyroidism, but the math is the math. Also VERY interesting to me that you found low levels of ketones after lifting weights. My first guess would have been that they were low because your body was consuming them, which makes zero sense for lifting weights. The body must be very responsive to stimulus...minutes vs hours, really incredible, 100% reasonable, and a thing you just taught me today. Magical, almost. As for the chicken, bang on man. I don't think it has anything to do with the organic certification and everything to do with the farm probably being smaller or raising different, more sustainable breeds than the cornish cross. There is a huge difference in texture and taste between the chickens we raise amd ANYTHING we buy, and we are feeding them commercial non-organic feed for most of their diet (cant wait to get the garden back together...they loved it!). Let me know if you get stuck for eggs. People have been messaging my wife left and right lately. Olaf, this may be the highest-value video you've published to date. Please continue to dive deep into the mechanics of diet vs performance.
Thank you my friend. Appreciate your feedback a lot. You know your stuff for sure. Sorry I saw your comment so late...been busy with work 🙂
Thanks for the update. Keep up the carnivore lifestyle.
Thank you! I'll keep it up 100%! Will introduce a modification soon...i.e. once in 2 weeks I'm considering a keto cheat meal..we shall see.🙂
The shower😂😂😂 "A great day of ahead of me!" After that, EVERYTHING must seem great! Bills due? No problem. Fired from work? Not so bad. Lol.
It took a while to get used to that...not easy, trust me. Makes you feel great 👍
Buddy, those supplements.... Our doctor here in town will run a full panel for not too much. We get worked up twice a year, and then we only buy what we need. Pays for itself and then some, and we can use the money we save to buy better supplements. Let me know if you want her name.
Why lean ground beef and then butter? I like fatter grind instead. Extra fat gets used in my eggs. Great deep flavor!
Good point. Just my personal preference 🙂
Macht deine Frau eigentlich auch mit bei der Diät?
Currently she's doing it, but doesn't like it as much. We are generally on the same page. She is more a keto person.
wow
Keine Klimaanlage ?😮 Das muss doch derbe heiß werden da drin?

That Kerrygold is GREAT stuff!
There will be many more updates in my next video. Hopefully I'll find the time for it...
Hey Olaf, it's Tom from Hillentrup :D. just saw your three years old comment on some old Amiga game video of my game. Nice to hear from you.
Hey Tom, let's get in touch! Would love to chat!
Olaf, this is great man, i look forward to seeing your journey, process and results of this carnivore diet. Wishing you a very happy & healthy 2025! 🎉
Thanks you Sir. Apologies, I was quite busy and didn't check on comments. I'm also wishing you a healthy, happy and successful 2025. In that order 😀 If you are healthy and happy, success is almost guaranteed 👌
Social pressure AND governmental pressure! When sharing your meals, do you plan on analyzing the macro breakdowns and calorie counts?
Thank you so much for your comment and for watching! 😊 Eventually, I do plan on determining how many calories I need to consume, as my goal isn’t to lose weight but to maintain my current level of fitness and health. Social and governmental pressures aside, I most likely won’t be breaking down macros since the diet is primarily just fat and protein. That said, I’ll be aiming for 2g of protein per pound of lean body weight and shooting for around 3,000 kcal daily. Whatever calories I’m short of hitting that target, I’ll add butter to make up the difference. Stay tuned for updates as I share more about my meals and how I’m dialing in this approach! Thanks again for your input-it’s great to have you along for the journey! 😊
I've had chronic lower back pain since 2001 and have seen a doctor for it. Muscle inflammation is the root cause and for decades I took supplements for inflammation reduction called Relief Factor. It did help somewhat but did suffer off and on when it would flair up because I made a wrong move or lift in awkward position. But now being on a Carnivore lifestyle, I have stopped taking the supplements for over a year now and have not had any lower back painful flair up.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience and insights! It’s incredible to hear how the carnivore lifestyle has positively impacted your chronic lower back pain after so many years of struggling. Your story about transitioning away from supplements like Relief Factor and seeing sustained relief is truly inspiring. It’s amazing how dietary changes can have such profound effects on inflammation and overall health. I appreciate you taking the time to share this-it adds so much value to the conversation, and I’m sure it will give others hope or curiosity about exploring similar changes. I’m thrilled to hear that you’ve been pain-free for over a year now. That’s such a huge win! Please feel free to share more about your journey or any tips for maintaining this lifestyle-it’s always helpful to learn from firsthand experiences like yours. Thank you again for your thoughtful comment!
Wie sieht es mit Supplements aus? Omega 3 und 6, Magnesium, Kalium , Curcuma, DHEA etc.pp.? Wirst du etwas supplementieren?
Thank you so much for your comment! I hope it’s alright that I reply in English. At the moment, I’m supplementing with CoQ10, K2, D3, Magnesium, a multi-vitamin/mineral supplement, Omega 3, and Vitamin E. This is such a great question, and I truly appreciate your interest! I plan to stick with these for now but am excited to learn more as I go. I’ll be sharing a lot more about my journey soon, especially as I gradually get started after Christmas. I’d love to hear more thoughts on this topic-it’s always helpful to get different perspectives!
@olafmeier Genau das nehme ich auch zur Zeit. Zusätzlich Vit D, Lithium und Alpha Liponsäure. Da wurde bei mir ein Mangel festgestellt im Blutbild.
@olafmeier supplements is not necessary on a pure Carnivore lifestyle. Keeping your mitochondria healthy is most important and having therapeutic ketone levels will do that on the Carnivore diet. Having high amounts of Turmeric is not healthy and there have been several studies against Turmeric and does cause toxic loads to the body in the form of Oxalates. I recommend a book by Sally Norton titled Toxic Superfoods.
@J5_Carnivore thanks very much. Appreciate your input 👌 I don't eat organ meats, that's why I plan on supplementing. Personally I don't use Tumeric.
Carnivore doesn't have to be strict. You've been paying attention to your body long enough to know when something isn't working, so pick a target for strict...4, 6, 8 weeks, whatever. Then throw some blueberries back in there. If you feel fine, then awesome. I'm always skeptical when people say they have a lot of energy all day on diets like this. There is a reason high performance athletes don't eat this way. What I found, personally, was that my energy level was a little lower at the peaks, but I stopped crashing...so that FELT amazing and maybe, in our heads, translates to "more energy". My performance in the gym definitely suffered (according to my logs). A lot of the leaning out is just your body drying up as you deplete glycogen stores and the associated water. 3 days in to my carnivore trial I started waking up in the middle of the night to pee, and did that for 7 days straight. I'd forgotten what is was like to not feel bloated, and THAT was amazing. As for meal timing, turns out it doesn't really matter, physiologically, for weight management. There are marginal gains around muscle recovery and synthesis, but they are very small. If you feel good eating after 5 and you sleep well (key) then keep doing it. Experiment with eating in the morning before to see if you sleep better or if your mood/productivity improve, but otherwise, for your goals, I haven't seen anything that suggests you need to worry about it at all. As a former bodybuilder, you know that getting into single-digit body fat is difficult, and maintaining it is hard. If you're concerned about accidentally dieting down that far, you'll likely experience a slowed metabolism. Keep an eye on fidgety behavior. It's one indicator of reduced energy (it drops with energy drops). Reduced endurance and reduced muscle recruitment will be evident in your gym log. Any of these might indicate that you need to experiment with more food and/or more frequent timing. Protein has the highest thermic effect of feeding of all the macros, so 3000 calories 35% from protein will be less useable energy than 3000 calories 20% from protein. As for functional training, never skip the warmup! It's more important at our age than ever before. I'm still a big proponent of FULL ROM, no matter how light the weight has to be. The stretch range is most important if you have to prioritize. I think differently if the goal is strength or size, but staying injury-free is the key to progress. My kids have been wrestling for years now, they work out with me like that, and are part of the 5% that haven't lost any mat-time to injury. Good luck! I'm here for the journey!
Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed comment-I really appreciate it! You’re absolutely right about listening to the body. I’ll aim for a strict period like you suggested and then experiment with blueberries or other tweaks as needed. I completely agree that the feeling of steady energy, even if it’s lower at the peaks, can feel like “more energy” because there’s no crashing. I’ve noticed something similar myself. And waking up without that bloated feeling is a game changer-it’s incredible how quickly the body responds to changes like this. Great points on meal timing and watching out for slowed metabolism. I’ll keep an eye on my gym logs, endurance, and overall energy levels to make sure I’m fueling properly. Also, I can’t agree more about full ROM and warming up-it’s essential, especially at our age, to stay injury-free and keep progressing. It’s awesome that you’re sharing this journey with your kids too-injury prevention and functional fitness are so valuable. Thanks again for the support, advice, and encouragement. I’m glad to have you along for the ride!"
Please expect some updates soon. Potentially I'll start right after Christmas. I also intend to release another video by the end of this week. All depends on how much time I have :)
I love my bulletproof coffee in the morning for energy during the day Ich starte ja auch im Januar dann voll durch und bin gespannt. Bis jetzt habe ich nur Weizen und Nudeln auf 0 reduziert und meiner Verdauung geht es schon wesentlich besser. Demnächst werden dann Reis und Kartoffeln weggelassen. Usw.
Thank you Hank. Appreciate your input! What I was hoping for. Expect more videos to come, perhaps even including food preparation. Happy Sunday from Arizona!
@@olafmeier bin gespannt✌️
OK, two things straight off the bat. One being if you got the deterioration in your disc and arthritis carnivore will not heal that. It’s just as you get older wear and tear like anything. Secondly, you want to do everything but you slam your body full of the nutrients only once a day. And then just before you go to bed, you hit your body with. I’m sorry to say this you believe you’re not having carbs you’re having carbs. It’s man-made contracted sugar that does the same thing it keeps your addiction going. To add to the above, you are eating 3000 cal in one meal that is a hell of a lot of protein. You do understand that your body uses protein and the excess gets converted to glucose. So you really are a car junkie at the moment you just don’t realize it. You say you go to the gym 6 to 7 times a week which puts out a lot of energy but yet once again your body, your body only gets nutrients just once you are really going one side, then the polar opposite every day which is enormous stress on your body Part of being in carnivore is you are lowering your body’s inflammation/stress. As far as Jim goes, I would strongly suggest taking away three days having four days at the gym and when you go, there, you power lift you stress your body to the max no simple cardio no walk on the treadmill no nice stretching get there warm up hit those weights to maximum muscular effort And get the hell out out of there. The next day, you rest, which is part of the building of a muscle. With a muscle, you must stretch it to its max tri and go beyond and then rest in the rest time. It’s your body‘s turn to refill the muscle and build it larger and longer. As far as carnival goes. Key nutrient is protein so whatever weight you want to be ideally is how much protein you eat if you want to be 100 kg your minimum protein per day is 100 g of protein not 500. Since you were going to gym, you could go to double it which would be 200 g of protein, but I would never do more than that. The reason for this is if you are piling on one big meal, I’d like you said 3000 cal and putting in 400 500 protein and your body is only let’s say using 130 you’ve got over 300 and something worth of protein that your body is ripping apart, and turning back to glucose And it’s inflaming your body insulin is coming out and you’re just the same as any other Western food eater. The difference between you you’re using so much energy that you’re burning a lot of of it but you’re burning at both sides of the candle. If you know what I mean. You need a time to breathe. You’re like that person who breathe is up and down up and down up and down up the down 24 seven every week every month every year. Instead try and be that person that breathes in holds joys takes in the breath takes in the oxygen, takes in all that goodness and slowly breathe out release all the toxins release all the bad things all the bad thoughts all the bad energy, the excess key tones. That person will live longer, and the body will be less inflamed and will heal better. Most carnivores eat two to one meal a day. In between those meals is your fasting. Because in between those meals, you only have water with a bit of salt to order. Your body is using more salt and the salt absorbs the water into you so it’s a win-win. On top of this that is your fast and gives your body time to clean your digestion, kitchen and use resources elsewhere. Get rid of that shake before you go to bed. When do you think your body does most of it repair and organizing and structural and processes. It’s at night but with you instead of doing that work at first mass prioritize cleaning up your digestion processing what you shove down your cob Before it can get to those jobs. So your body has a hierarchy so it’s very important that you actually eat your meals early. That way why you sit down and can you believe it rest your body can clean up your digestion, kitchen, and be ready to do its job when you go to sleep. So back to eating if you really truly love your protein shake have a straight before straight after your gym and don’t count it and only have water is if you like and your creatine and weigh isolate no floured no fruit no Stevia nothing. Your body and taste buds will end up loving it. Just give them a chance what you now dictate is what really your addiction dictates so you’re gonna have to release your body so we can give you what you want. If you wanna have one meal a day and you’re going to the gym, let’s say your protein shake covers your gym so apart from that you only need around 150 to 200 g of protein which is made up of meat. Beef is King so most of the time and for me is 100% at the time it’s beef . It’s King because not only is it the most condensed nutritional meter around domestically it also has the perfect ratios and it’s way above any other meat. Now this can be ground beef chuck beef, ribeye beef, New York steak beef as long as it is beef depending on your budget. So if you’re eating 200 g of protein, that’s how much beef you need or meat. Once you do that, you need to eat that in fat half of the fat you’re gonna need is gonna come if you choose a fatty beef like Scotch fillet or ribeye add the equivalent to butter. I personally used to cut up 50 g to 70 g of butter cut it in cubes lightly salted and eat it while I was cooking my meat. I found this was better for my digestion. It also got my digestive system happening and ready for the meat and I found I actually digested meat much quicker . If you are still hungry from that meal, get some more butter and eat until you are completely full In summary, you’re eating 150 to 200 g of protein and you’re filling the rest until you completely fall up with fats The rest of that night overnight and the rest of that day you are fasting, and you only have water for better sold in it. The above is for 100% carnival the other things you add to it lower it to 50% carnival you would not heal. You were not cellular break up and remove and replace if you cheat. Period. Hope the above helps and I wish you all the best. If you have any more questions, I don’t mind at all you messaging me or contacting me. Have a good day.
Thank you so much for your detailed comment and for sharing your insights. I truly appreciate the time and effort you took to provide such valuable feedback-that’s exactly what I was hoping to encourage with this video. To clarify, I don’t only eat protein. My diet consists of protein and fat, as I’m fully aware that excess protein can convert to glucose through gluconeogenesis. I’ve been following OMAD (One Meal a Day) since 2019, primarily for weight loss, and it helped me lose about 40 lbs and cure my insulin resistance. I enjoy intermittent fasting, and it has become a sustainable lifestyle for me, so I don’t plan to give it up. As for arthritis and carnivore, I understand that my desiccated disks won’t recover in this life, but I’ve heard numerous success stories about arthritis improving on a carnivore diet. That’s why I’m giving it a try. I’m still figuring out the optimal number of meals-perhaps a post-workout meal like bacon and eggs, followed by dinner, which would still keep me within two meals a day. Regarding protein intake, I’m curious if you’re suggesting that I fill up the remainder of my energy needs with fats like butter. That’s definitely something I’d consider. I also found your thoughts on gym routines and muscle recovery very insightful, though my current approach has been working for me. Thanks again for your thoughtful response. Feedback like this motivates me to keep engaging and learning, and I hope to see more comments and suggestions in the future. Your input is invaluable, and I look forward to trying out some of the ideas you’ve shared. Wishing you all the best! -Olaf
@@olafmeier Protein. Yes... once you hit your protein allocation, the rest is fats. Remember that meat is your nutrients, and fats are your energy. So that said, if you are using more energy, you need to increase the fats (energy) :) Yes, you will feel better with your back as less inflammation and stronger muscles (why I suggested changing the way you go to the gym). But I wanted to assure you that it will not heal the damage. The eggs and bacon would be fine, but remember that beef is KING when it comes to condensed nutrients so I personally, would have beef and eggs. Optimal nutrient intake after a workout is where you want to be :) I personally eat beef 98% and use the bacon, and pork belly as what I call my cheat meals. That way they are special and they replace the food memory of chocolate or chips. You see when I started and the addiction was there I found it hard to sit there while my family ate chocolates and chips when we had movie night. I do love family movie nights and I did not want to miss out (maybe my addiction singing out). So I decided to cube up some pork belly and added salt and throw them in the air fryer... WOOOZZZEERRR!!!! They were incredible. So much so that when I walked in with my treat the family wanted mine and not there's. I had created a happy moment and not broken my focus on removing the food addiction. Now for my treats, I have bacon or pork belly :) Your body while on the carnivore and in some cases on a Western diet has 3 methods to get its glucose from body matter. Protein is just one of them and if you wear a continual insulin monitor, you would see the spick in insulin after the 3000 calorie intake... around 30-70min later. This is a normal process but there is still insulin produced and we would want to normalise this process so you have insulin for the rest of your life instead of running out as there is an epidemic that people are running out even by 20's... Crazy Just paying forward and hope you gather the info you require :)
I am 69 F and Carnivore did heal my Arthritis Pain within a few weeks. If I "cheat" with carbs, the first thing that hurts is my back where I have Arthritis so it keeps me motivated to stick to BBB&E. I pray for your success!
@gayebotts133 thanks for the feedback. I also hope to cure some arthritis.

Cardio or weightlifting? Yes! Fat loss is gained in the kitchen, strength and endurance in the gym. One thing you didn't mention is that weightlifting will make you stronger, which means you can really dial up the intensity on your cardio and do more work in less time. While all the big-name influencers are deep-diving into the chemistry of food, the science of recovery, and the anatomy of exercises, my guy here is keeping it real for normal, average folks! Keep it up!
The sugar crash is real. I think I never noticed when I was younger because I was always tired anyway and felt like trash. After cleaning up my eating habits, a glass of lemonade can put me to sleep in about 30 minutes!
I really wanna meet..life has been very busy... now even more...
Full day of eating next😊
That is indeed on my list. Stay tuned. Thanks for your comment 👍
Smaller meals = smaller spikes, too, right? Isn't that how bodybuilders get away with 5-6 meals per day? And piling the majority of carbs into one meal if I'm paying attention. You know a little bit about traditional bodybuilding nutrition, how close am I?
That's what I used to do when I was bodybuilding. 6 to 8 meals per day, ton of carbs as well. You do this long enough, you may become pre diabetic like me. I was able to completely overcome this by doing intermittent fasting combined with keto or carnivore. And yes, you are correct, smaller meals will cause you to release less insulin. Around Thanksgiving, none of this applies lol. All you can eat 😋
Love to Wendy... longing to see her on video ❤
Love it Olaf... donna
We did some tent camping up mt lemon a few years ago. Seemed like an hour or so driving up from the entrance, must have been a 30 degree temperature drop. Beautiful area, 10/10 recommend.
I really hope we'll make it there next year. Cottonwood wood first though...will be glamping lol
You forgot to feature the UA Agriculture Center, The Volkswagon testing facility, our AkChin Reservation, and especially Copper Sky.... good try though...
Thank you Sir. Yes, I'm aware. Copper Sky was featured in an earlier video of mine, tbh I have not been to the Volkswagen testing facility myself. Might be a good video idea.
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 What do I have to do to get invited, man?
Dude, when I shoot content, you don't wanna be around... Is all about filming, not the driving... Is a lot of work :)
New to UTVs and we picked up an rmax4 same as yours last spring. We live s. of Tucson, maybe see you out on the trails sometime. A bit leery of heading out in the desert solo.
I carry some recovery gear. Thankfully I have never had to use it...
Glad to see you and Wendy are doing good and enjoying the beautiful desert anytime y’all want to explore the area more message me. Cheers old neighbor Greg
Thank you Greg. What have you been up to?
@ same old stuff neighborhood is still quiet. hopefully moving your way soon damn town is growing too fast.
And a Late Congrats on your Anniversary with Wendy - 14 years! Sharisse and will 9 years in May, we met 13 years ago this year :) Amazing how time flys. Btw, good job on the video! Can I assume you 🔫 out there?
Thanks John. New video already in the works
Olaf, you have a drone? Can’t it follow you? That could be a great way to show the steepness of the climb. Great job on the video, if you want a side kick and I can make it let me know - you need a cameraman 😂
I have a drone as well, just not used in this video
Mal eine Nacht mit Lagerfeuer und Sternenhimmel dort draussen verbringen wäre mit Sicherheit auch eine feine Sache 👍
Ich hoffe, dass wir das realisieren koennen. Danke fuer die Emfehlung!
Keep them coming!
Copying that recipe
Took me over 50 years to discover smashburgers... many variations out there..most importantly get a griddle and try it yourself ❤️
Ha! I had this video added and playing before I realized who it was! Smash burger anything automatically gets a play from me. Ever try halving the patty size and making your burger a double? Twice the surface area means twice the crusty goodness and more room for melty cheese!
You got it. Yes, I definitely do that as well...in fact most of the time...
Pretty soon I'm gonna have to go find another small town.
Growing way too fast in my opinion...the traffic is ridiculous already
You are making amazing video content. I just watched the video and your video quality is appreciable. I am so impressed by your conterit, I was analyzing your channel and noticed that You are struggling with video views and video ranking. May I share some tips on how you can achieve your goals?
Thanks a lot for watching. I appreciate your comment and any suggestions you might have. Currently I'm mainly making memories for myself. I hope to eventually identify my niche and deliver targeted content.
Keto is defined by high fats. Sounds like you're eating zero/low carb and intermittent fasting. Our bodies can fairly easily convert protein to glucose through gluconeogenesis, which is frequently enough to kick people out of ketosis, defined by the conversion of fat to ketones, which is sort of the bodies last choice for energy.
I've been running on ketones for a looong while now. Used to measure them. Protein has never kicked me out of ketosis. You need to know your body. Let me know if you want more info
@@olafmeier i see a lot of people get that wrong though. Glad you know what's up!
@tonyrichmond9428 key is to quantity your intake Tony. Otherwise you can't measure anything. If you were to overeat on protein, it'll also throw you out of ketosis. If you are interested, let me know. Results count 🙂
Don't believe everything you read online... I have over 3 decades of experience and can give you practical advice. If I told you how gluconeogenisis works etc. You still wouldn't lose weight and by weight I mean fat. There is a lot to this lifestyle and everyone needs to fine-tune that for themselves. I don't intend to do this in my videos as there is already enough content out there. Listen do Dr Ekberg to get started. If you want practical advice as to how and when and what to eat you can ask me. I can tell you what works as I have tried it all. Just don't listen to those who have read stuff online but haven't implemented it themselves..
Also great for moving refrigerators! 😂
Btw, if you want professional advice on this topic.. Dr. Ekberg happens to be one of the best to listen to. Check out his videos... here is one: ruclips.net/video/_uEWltsZGTI/видео.htmlsi=uHqcthZn7FEOzKKd
You're right about the water but it's petty hard out here, too. TDS is straight silly, so you still want a softener at least, and test your water for phosphates while you're at it. Got my kid spraying for bugs around the house outside, never see anything now unless it flies in. And don't listen to him about the summer people, it ain't an inconvenience it's BRUTAL. First wave kills some of my chickens EVERY YEAR. NO softies allowed. Check the RECENT sales on homes. Maybe still not as high as CA, but not what I'd call reasonable anymore. We got lucky moving out here when we did.
Thanks so much for the comment! I agree with you-phosphates in drinking water aren’t directly harmful to humans, but they can indeed indicate pollution and lead to algae problems if they get into natural water systems... Guidelines generally recommend keeping phosphate levels below 0.1 ppm for ecological safety. And yes, despite the heat, it’s definitely better than -20°F... in my humble opinion.. Plus, Arizona's lower cost of living offers a lot of bang for the buck compared to many other states. Thanks again for watching and commenting!
I do it for the algo....
Thanks for the video. I'm in Tucson and just purchased a Rmax2, for adventure solo rides. Looking for accurate mpg numbers for that type of riding so I know how much fuel to carry. Arizona Peace Trail soon, maybe November.
Man I love Tucson! Congrats on your RMAX2! Loved mine but wanted more space. I never bothered measuring fuel consumption as it is kinda negligible to me. Very economical indeed. Perhaps someone on one of the forums got the numbers
"Mother of God!" lol
Promise to make better videos in the future...already got a new mic!!!
Dang, buddy was JACKED!
Was...😀
I haven't been down that far yet. When we going?
It needs to cool down again...Not sure when I go next time. Will ping you!
Nice...!!! To solicit more comments on your machines, you could add the model number into your title somehow...
Appreciate the feedback Sir! Thanks 😊
Professional and infomative video! Thanks!
Thank you Sir!
Nice... I'll check it out...!!!
We lived in the Village of Oak Creek
I had a channel called Sedona Creek Talk. I reached 670 subs and then I shut the channel down. Too much politics. Stay away from politics.
