I can't believe you just dumped them all in one spot with hardly any natural hiding spots for the little guys, most will be eaten in the next few days. why not release them in batches down the river and in places where there is better cover. My father had a property that the Lodden went through, so I know the river well. Pick your act up and do a better job with any more that are released, releasing them in the shallows too is pathetic really quite a few went back to the shallowest water. I don't like dumping on people but when good ideas are ruined by morons I have to say something,

Nice fish Kev. Good condition on that fish. I tend to film in 3-4 min chunks in the kayak when near good timber. I don't cast if the go pro is not on. Managed to get 5/5 meteries on film, but missed a couple of cool bits of vision due to camera failure.

GR8 stuff. Terrific to see the respect for these majestic creatures with catch and release . Mind you, fishing with those sorts of multi hooked lures is akin to fishing with a net. You would be sulky if you were dragged out of your comfort zone by a hook deceptively placed in some food you chowed down on ripping on the inside of your mouth. Fish are sentient creatures. Kudos regardless.

Great video - you're an excellent communicator mate! I've been toying with the idea of getting a GoPro for fishing because it would be easier to get those epic moments just like you. This might just tip me over the edge 😀

What a fish mate! My biggest cod is only like 50cm 😂, I’m sorta new to cod fishing…. Some Lovley slabs of gold also! 10:57 I recently brought one of my mates a couple of those for a b-day, he’s since caught a total of 10 cod on them in about a week! Keep up the awesome work mate! Actually out of that 150.000baby fish you just released how any actual grow to adulthood

This really is great but wouldn’t it pay to release them when they are a little bigger and less vulnerable to predators? I know at that volume the space at the hatchery would be limited so is there another way to keep them until they grow a little more?

Excellent work Kev, and thanks for the shoutout. I feel honoured to have inspired you. I for one really enjoy your videos and unique humour. You hit the nail on the jead when you said "be authentic". Thats the first bit if advice that I give everyone, just be authentic. Be yourself. I read a quote once. It said "Whatever you do in life, always be yourself. You should always be yourself. Unless you get the chance to be Batman. Then you should be Batman." 😂😂 On another note, your CPM will change a lot throughout the year, and even from video to video. Some species of fish always earn more than others, and some months pay higher than others.

The content grind is real! But a great hobby now the less, I started tube for the same reasons.
