I was in Tver in 2003 and again in 2004. I felt very welcome by the people and loved the city. I took a boat ride down Volga River for 2 hours with a young lady. I think it cost $7 for both of us. Very different from my home state of Alabama.
I'm amazed to see so much little audience on this channel! This channel deserve Million views and subscribers

Was very intetesting narration about Tver. I'm listened from beggining till end. Just keep doing this about unknown Russia it's very interesting. *** Btw I'm sad about some old building of Tver that city government don't want to restore these beautiful buildings... Let's hope in the better future that sooner or later they will be restored to its greatness.
Propably isn't city but town. If so, then in southwestern Lithuania we have even smaller 'city' - Panemunė. Population of this town in 2020 is 194 people :)

I wonder how much it would cost to restore those barracks in Tver to a better, livable condition.
She already mentioned in the video price of restoration of the River Station. It cost $157,000. For such price you can buy Volvo Polestar 1😉. It insignificant money for Russian economy, and could be good for future tourism of this city. Sadly city authorities doesn't understand what benefits can bring to its city of restoration of all old building.
