Let's make Teriyaki Chicken Ramen in the crockpot! Start by spraying your crockpot or adding a liner. Add 3-4 chicken breasts whatever you want. Make the Teriyaki sauce: • 1/2 cup maple syrup (I used sugar free) • 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar • 1 tsp ginger root, minced • 3 cloves garlic, minced Mix together and top the chicken with it. Cook on high for 3 hours. Remove chicken and shred it. Add in vegetables of choice. I did broccoli and carrots. I used frozen broccoli and it made it a bit watery so l'd say use fresh broccoli instead. Cook your ramen noodles I used 2 packs. (Do not add the seasoning just the noodles) This total crockpot came to 32 points. So 8 points per serving. To be honest I found the sauce had that no sugar taste to it so l might look for a different sauce for my next attempt. I did add some bottled teriyaki at the end as you can see in the video I drizzled it over it. I used @sweetsavoryandsteph her recipe for the teriyaki but she uses real maple syrup and I should have done that. Also she adds cornstarch and water and doesn't do it in a crockpot lol so I just went off of hers and tried it out. It was really good and would be yummy over rice instead of the noodles for less points. Hope you enjoy this recipe!
