I have two questions…. Was the resort you run/own established by your family or did you take it over from someone else.?….. Also do you follow any blogs yourself??. I follow another couple on a remote island , a couple in Thailand , a couple who are the only inhabitants of a remote Scottish island & a couple in Alaska ( that’s a contrast to yourself!) I don’t have television & watch while I’m in my studio.

I have only just come across you, so it was great to get some background….so interesting & inspiring to ‘witness ‘ a different lifestyle….& also quite a contrast to another couple who live on a remote Indonesian Island that I have been following for sometime. What I like the best about your tour was basically everything I've never seen such a unique clean comfortable house and I too am a lover of birds and wildlife and the outdoors so I would love living with you guys do you need a nanny I'll fly over today I can only imagine that would be amazing I would do it in a heartbeat I'm Kathy from West Virginia which is located in the United States I'm a grandmother to nine grandchildren your little ones are adorable you two make a fabulous couple and did an amazing video tour I love everything about how organized everything is super clean convenient and it's like a hassle-free home and to have a beach that you call your own the amazing things that you get to learn and teach the children that comes from the ocean I mean that life would just be amazing so I'm going to binge watch I'm a new subscriber I just found you today as I was scrolling through videos to watch cuz I can't sleep happy to meet you guys hopefully one day I can meet you in person that would be amazing even though I'm thousands of miles away I can't imagine being you guys and living the life that you're living seeing the amazing things that you see and hear all the amazing birds and lizards and just what all do you see in a rainforest

Have you thought of screening in your big room with the leaf roof? And a big net on a long pole to catch things that fly into your home?

What about screens for the doors and windows . In the Caribbean its almost a must for the mosquitoes.

You can only imagine and dream of living in such a tranquil Serene calm and beautiful place just take in all the sounds all of mother nature all the beautifulness the calmness only a certain kind of character person can can live here and thrive others will live here and only survive and then there's another one so that will just exist they won't enjoy it and they'll find themselves really depressed to feel a certain type of separation anxiety or a loneliness but just remember that those are only feelings and they don't last more than 90 seconds what a beautiful home like your home is absolutely gorgeous that porch I would like oh my God oh my God I love it gorgeous lot of space beautiful landscaping beautiful beautiful property beautiful home beautiful family God bless you

Hi guys! Been following you since covid basically, and dreaming of having a lifestyle as fulfilling as yours. In my late 30s, have a beautiful family (wife and two small boys), we are both professionals and make a good living. BUT we were bitten by the SCUBA bug +10yrs ago and ever since we wanted to (i) move to a tropical climate (likely indonesia) (ii) open a dive resort or dive shop (iii) and thereby bringing my family closer to nature and experiences that could provide my kids with core values based on respect for nature, living sustainably and making memories, instead of being based on societal conformity and chasing materialistic goals. We have zero background from hospitality, but true grit and strong motivation. Now, based on your experiences and knowing what you know today, would you have considered such a leap of faith yourselves in similar circumstances? I don’t want to grow old, with a big pile of cash only to freeze my butt off in a cold climate. HELP!

Just watched your amazing video and interested in knowing if the house is off grid as I didn’t see any solar panels on the roof in this footage. If so what system are you running and what sort of life span does it have. Can one add battery storage as required. We are currently farming off grid in the SC hinterland it’s amazing!
