Thank you for watching! I would start with working on core strength as well as shoulder strength and mobility

First try
There is a bit to upack and correct here. Let's start with where your sets are. If you are instructing for outside hitting, then fix your sets/set placement. An outside set should be within two feet of the antenna (this is to maximize your hitting window/radius). Your sets are so far inside, they are practically in the middle. At 1:10 where you say Focus on hitting cross....no. You get your sets out on the pin, and start hitting line. 1. If I see you hitting like that, in a game against my team, I'm just going to have my outside blocker camp where you are hitting, and just let my middle take one or two steps to form a block. You try hitting like that in a game, and you are going to get stuffed by even an average block. If sets are on the pin, and you can hit line, that increases the distance for the blockers to set up all the way out, and line is usually open. Yes, you have more court to hit when hitting cross, but you are also hitting into (more often than not) a double block, and where more defenders are. Your left side approach should also be straight up the sideline, not 4 feet out to the left of the sideline.
🤯🤯🤯
Love you brother how i become like you i am 5,11
Continue practicing and working hard!
Thanks sir 😢
I am a beginner what excercise i do.
Video on that coming soon!
Depends on the hitter's preference tbh. Me personally, I like the first one more, but it's probably because I'm an opposite, so I naturally, like the right side a little bit more
The first one. The second one did look really clean, but it was close to the net and a 4 ball (these 2 things would likely get the spiker stuff blocked)
Good stuff bro thanks.
Glad you enjoyed the video!
Bro what's your net play
Great job!!!
What lvl do you play at
yo you are buff dude
Lovin this

Holy shit bro, we played in Hermosa by the pier a couple months ago, do you remember? It was 3 guys and you were from Georgia? No wonder you were so good!
Yes I remember! You guys were really good too, those were some good games!
This is exactly what I needed

Great video, after watching it I felt like playing even though I played 2 hours ago😅🔥
Ya
The set was awesome but that receive was so unnecessary
if that dude is 5’9” must be 7’0”
how tall you think he is?
@@JNVolleyball not 5’9”
@@MelanieBrister well he def is LOL good friend of mine.
@@JNVolleyball welp🤷🏼♀️
How tall is that net?
No future in games.where height is a big factor like baskeball!
Is the song by yeat
Good
Some real advice is to stop trying to hit hudl clips, swing for the back line, not the 10ft line
The player hit the block in an angle that would make the ball go out. That way he still scored, because technically, the last person who touched the ball, was the guy blocking
Lolll but I don’t think u really blocked it mate
He definitely meant to use the block, he totally wasnt focused on the ball
