Physiotherapist treat the patients not the MRI. Most of the time people ignore the minor injuries like ankle sprain, back pain, cervical muscle stiffness, etc. These minor injuries soon convert into major injures. For example minor ankle sprain disturb your foot movements which disturb your gate pattern mean yours walking style, biomechanically put stress on your knee then your hip then your lumber spine. Ankle sprain also put extra load on the leg muscles which soon become week and stiff. Later this minor sprain diminished your proprioceptor receptors the receptors which provide all the information to the brain from muscle through muscle spindles and GTO’s, and from joint through mechanoreceptors.

Abduction and adduction take place in frontal.plane and flexion extension take place in sagital plane
Fix hand placement should be on the spinous process of the vertebrae... Tranlotric joint play movement actually the degree of linear joint play movement parallel to adjacent vertebrae.... According to Kalternborn check it with sustained push and pull with moving hand .. This test used for revealing hypo or hyper mobility and quality of the movement...
