This isn't an Elite 1. It is an Elite 3. Big difference.
thanks for the great demo 👍
But filming this by standing behind the machine showed me nothing.
Do you use the same conventional tennis balls on liberty freedom?
What I don't like, is that when it's on random, you still know where the ball is going to go based on the entire machine moving.
From Lobster’s website I found that Elite 1 dont have vertical and 2 line function. Is this actually an elite 1 or elite 3?
The botton of vertical oscilación work in lobster one.....or only un lobster two.....?
My Elite Liberty weighs 38 pounds after I replaced the lead acid battery with a lithium one-the lead battery died before it was two years old. The lead battery weighed 3.8 lb more than the lithium one. Once in awhile the guy who blows leaves off the court will present me with a bolt that looks just like those on my Lobster-I’ve opened the case to find where-no luck. I deemed the remote at $169 (now $185) far too pricey, opting to wire in a $15 kit from Amazon. The mechanism for elevation malfunctioned-nothing broken-it just needed to be jiggled a lot. For the money, the Slingerbag is a much better deal for a ball machine-if you can get one where you live.
I want one.
Wicked strokes, friend. What racquets do you use and how do you have them strung? I would like to swing like that, and could use a starting point for the gear.
certainly does not look like 80 MPH balls. Perhaps the battery is old?
How do you turn on/off if have the version with no remote ? You have to run after turning on?
How does the Eite one compare to the SlingerBag? Is it worth double the price? Also, if I am getting a lobster machine, should Is it worth paying the extra money for the elite one or is the liberty good enough? Many thanks.
I have seen videos of both machines. The Elite one is compared to the slinger bag like John Isner's serve compared to Jelena Dementjeva's.
lobster 140km/h . Dunlop 75kmh. Lobster garanty 4 Years. if i had to choice one, would be Lobster but !! its 2 years of coaching = 1 hours by week. The coach correct u. its not easy choice
Hello, seems that the maximum speed is 80 mph approximately. it's not fast balls, unless there is spin on it.
Fingers crossed, my ownership of this machine dreams will come true 👍🏾 sooner than I think 🙏
looks good workout
What specific balls are you using in these vids?
is there a way to get the machine to feed short balls (around serve boxes)?? thanks in advance
Ofcourse. Put the speed of the ball to minimum and distance the machine further away. Then the balls will perdectly bounce shorter.
it is not the control panel of the liberty. you don't have the 2 line oscillator with the liberty.it's just random.
Why does it claim an 80 mph ball speed when you have the speed set to maximum and it’s sending the balls out at maybe 50 mph tops?
Hi there 👋🏾 first off thanks so much for uploading these videos. I’m looking forward to purchasing the elite two very soon and these videos have been very helpful in making my final decision. in the description for this video it says it’s the elite liberty review however i noticed in the very first clip (0:26 seconds in) the machine is in a stable vertical oscillation? It’s not moving side to side. The only reason I’m getting the elite 2 is because of the vertical oscillation option. I believe that’s where the machine releases balls solely in a single chosen direction. Horizontal oscillation is great to get me really moving, but sometimes I’d rather be lazy and just stand in one direction and let the ball come to me lol Correct me on the difference between vertical and horizontal oscillation if I’m wrong please Thanks!
Thinking of getting this for Cricket in my garden
Thanks for the vid. I live in this area and these courts look amazing - wondering if anybody can lmk where this is located? Thanks.
How long the battery last?
Where is this tennis court? Background is beautiful
hey thats mount rainier :)
it's great but is it as loud as I think? sounds noisy
Hey, I recently bought the same elite liberty but I need some help with the horizontal feature. How do I make the sweep not to take me all the way from corner to corner, I can see yours it is not doing that, yours is feeding just before the single sideline, that's fine. I just need to practice my fore and back hand side to side.
You may place the machine 3 feet out of the baseline and increase the ball speed. try it out. it's simple math.
eLITE 3 HAS 2 LINE DRILLS for pairs Elite 1 and 2 are very similar, not sure Liberty is 70mph vs 80mph and oscillates lower models have only 2 button remotes
So this is good enough to get good?? No need to get anything else??
And price?

What is the max speed 70 or 80 mph? They have both 70 and 80 on lobster. Do u ever wish it was faster or is the speed not an issue? Also what is your NRTP level?
NRTP 5.5 Forearm average 60mph compare 4.0 consisted 47mph. Cheers!!!
NO AI? i am out
Pricey
Which machine collects the balls
Can you recommend the machine? Did you use it often or does it get boring fast?
Great demo. Thanks for uploading. Mt Rainier in the background?
Good call! I would say it is ...
Which ball machine would you recommend? The liberty seems not bad.
Very nice! Looks like a good machine.
Dude, if you turn around and hit against that wall, you could save about $1,100.
How are you going to know where on the court you're returning it to though?
Not everybody's tight like you!
The wall is completely different for starters and people are happy spending money on different things
Definitely not the same thing. The wall does not return at the same velocity, spin or full court depth. Not to mention, you're not going to be as consistent as the machine, especially at beginner levels. Then, chasing down balls that go over the wall gets old fast.
If only it was affordable
I'm only learning first time today so I suck but this looks fun as hell
I've never seen an elite 2 with 2-line oscillation.
Yes, I think this is the Elite 3. Just ordered the Elite 2 and it only has random horizontal and vertical oscillation.
I guess he is using an elite 3 in this video but only showcasing the features you'd find in an elite 2
Thanks for pointing that out! I just bought a used one and was thinking, what the heck, mine is flattened out!
Why does this elite model have buttons for elevation, vertical, and 2-line? Those are on elite 2 and above.
Not all of the switches are functional. They just use the same control plate for other models, and install switches in the models that are meant to have those options. I haven't seen one in person, but i imagine some of those 'switches' are just 'plugs' to fill the space.
Dang, this thing looks awesome!
I was told that the Liberty comes with smaller throwing wheels than Elite 1-2-3-4, therefore it can only generate 70pm/h ball speed. I can see your other videos that you have tried many of the other Lobsters can you please tell us your opinion. Is this true or it is only just marketing?
There's some misinformation out there. The Lobster site says this model maxes out at 70mph, though some people list it as 80.
Wow, where is this? Beautiful surroundings !!!
Nice video. Thanks for posting. Don't hate me but someone just gave me the Lobster 3 for free. Just wanted it out of his garage. How many balls do you recommend to purchase and how do you transport them? Trash bag? Pressureless balls seem to make sense as they last a very long time. Have you ever used them?
Sharon White Hi mate, I have just purchased a Liberty. Previously owned a Tutor prolite but wanted to upgrade. Whichever ball machine you use I do not recommend pressurised balls at all. They are not meant to be for ball machines. You need balls with hardened felt layer and moderate bounce. I recommend Babolat Academy if you want to feel like hitting with pressurised balls despite they are pressure less. If durability and long last is important use Wilson trainer or Treton micro X. The funny thing is that these two actually feel very-very similar and they weigh exactly the same. I started with a bucket of Babolat academy and absolutely loved the feel of the balls. Hitting with them about 15-20 times I felt the outside layer started to wear off despite the bounce remained excellent. The Wilson trainer and Treton X both are fantastic in terms of durability and bounce, but they feel a bit heavier compare to Babolat. Hope this helps, good luck
I’m hating!!! Hard.
@@03041976001 wow! And you fix it yourself or have to send it to?
@@03041976001 Bit harsh
I used Tretorn Micro X balls. They last forever, give a consistent bounce, and are cost efficient. However, they feel much heavier off of your racquet, place strain on joints, and can easily lead to overuse injuries imo. I now use pressurized heavy duty felt balls because they feel much better when hitting and do t hurt if you use the machine a lot, unlike the pressureless balls. However they don’t bounce as true and are more sensitive to the spin generated by the spinning wheels of the machine so you have to make more adjustments, where as the pressure less come to the same spot/height etc much more consistently. If you want to just stand and work on one shot then pressureless is better, but the pressurized feels more like a real rally where you have to read the ball and make adjustments. Personally I’m staying with the pressurized balls, mainly because the pressureless causes more nagging injuries to me at 54 yo.
have you tried other machines? is the best one under $1500?
elite one 80mph, spins, swings, elevates, remote i don't see the worth $500 more for 2 line pair drills
