@@nvxaa if u dont got access to a coach/gym, do lots of research on the internet. many good tutorials on youtube. other than that, go at your own pace, listen to your body, and record yourself tons. u got it, light work

Can 'Trickers' run fast? They have a lot of athletic ability. I just wondered if tricking type exercises would be better than the usual plyometric and weight training exercises that track atheltes do, for developing sprinting speed... Thoughts?
hmm not sure 🤷♂️ a lot of tricking exercises do focus on explosive movement so i think theyd help with sprints, but "standard" sprint training is meant specifically for sprints like how "standard" tricking exercises are meant specifically for tricking

Hi David! The “alien” move that you mentioned is called a cork in skiing! You can look up videos of what it looks like and it’s super cool! Trying to learn one on snow this year so maybe this sideflip might help
