Gas gun circuit board
Here is my ne improved micro firing circuit board for using in gas gun build
it runs from a 11.1v Lippo battery
and it can control either a one or a two channel
firing system
meaning it will control the ignition coil and two solenoids
or just one coil and one solenoid on the same channel
the benefits of two channels is that you can independently run two solenoids that allows a higher combustion
example
More gas and oxygen before ignition
the coil only sparks at the same time as the oxygen inlet and not the same time as the gas
and so this gives a higher mixture rate before firing and resulting in a cleaning burst to ratio of FPS with a higher loudness/Noise by about 15%
than on a single channel sy...

oh only if airsoft was as loud as this.... and fun looking as this
Now all you need to add is a solenoid or something that will wiggle back and forth rrealLLLlly fast to simulate recoil
It needs an offset rotating motor driven weight to oscillate to simulate the recoil of a real gun.....
I understand what you mean but for the weight of the gun to move it would need a motor the size of a drill to work.

Because of this part being a two sided machining process , i had to make some custom 3D printed toe clamps, as you can see the black clamping part Also I only did a roughing cut so hence the need to polish after Also to say im sorry if this development of the fg42 gas gun is slow But the cost and time to get right has exceeded my aspects I pay for all my materials and machines and tools And cutters and software To achieve what im doing It would be nice to be rich and have devoted time to make quick for my viewers. But honestly my channel id more of an achive for me to look back on but also share my journey. I did never intend to do youtube get fame But im very glad to have many followers So thank you to all that are interested in my work And also i do not riddle my contents with advertising

need a reciprocating weight in the buffer to simulate recoil. Firing an 8mm machine gun with no recoil would make for a terrible movie prop.

how did you inject fresh air into for combustion? some sort of reed valve?
It is not just fresh air. I use Oxygen and butane/propane mixtures of gas Controlled by two independent solenoid valves
