Gentle Exercise workouts for Older Adults/Seniors (or anyone really)
Yoga & Pilates workouts for everyone.
Simon (qualified Fitness, Yoga & Pilates Instructor) uploads regular videos/workouts to help people maintain and/or improve their overall health, strength & flexibility.
GE Workouts include low impact aerobics, functional strength exercises, balance exercises, gentle stretches and relaxation. Yoga videos based on Power Living Australia Vinyasa style of Yoga.
Pilates videos incorporating various equipment - Stability Ball, small ball, resistance bands, circle/ring, foam roller.

My workout
1. External & internal rotation - 12 reps each arm
2. Chin ups - 10 reps
3. Legless rope climb - 2m x 3 rounds
4. Toes to bar - 5 reps x 2 sets
5. Push ups - 30 reps
6. Tuck to handstand (holding if possible) - 10 reps x 2 sets
7. L sit - 30 sec x 2 sets
8. Pistol squats (as low as possible) - 8 reps each leg
2. Chin ups - 10 reps
