I worked as an apartment locator in Phoenix, Arizona, in the early 2000s (2002). There was an apartment building named El Cortez on 7th. It was, coincidentally, a 6 story building. It used to be a hotel. It was a hotel at one time. It was a small room with a Murphy bed. They turned them into studio apartments. Art Linkletter owned the apartment building. Kathleen was the apartment manager. I can remember this vividly, like yesterday. On Halloween, Kathleen would call the Linkletter family,I believe it was Robert, and I was given special permission to run scary ads geared toward that apartment. We got permission out of respect. What I write is the truth. I was there. Diane was not high on LSD. She suffered from Bipolar disorder. Art wanted to keep that family illness quiet, and he used the LSD as a cause to help kids stay off drugs in the 60s. Every word I wrote was the truth. I was there.

What a bloody eye sore it is now.🤦‍♂️😡 RIP to Sharon and and unborn son Paul Richard and others who were brutally murdered not only at Cielo Drive on August 9,1969 but also Leno and Rosemary Labianca the next night at Waverley Drive. 💔😢🙏🕊💐

1:00 many don’t know this, but if you look really close, you can see a hickey on her neck. it’s a real hickey given to her by Sweeney and they left it in.
