@@barefaceindian8821 Sound better? Impossible. Yorkville are known for being loud but produce distortion. And Yorkvilles are loudest above 60hz which isn’t a subwoofer frequency my tops can do that I want my subs loud at 40hz and bellow where you can feel it. 135 SPL at 70hz is easy try doing it at 40hz or 30hz that’s where Yorkville lacks. And there are graphs to prove what I am saying. Facts

@@DJBrianRodrigues I get what you saying, but with a 382iSW maximizer you’d hear the difference… I heard a bass boss the other night(crap) … I can make a bass bin with the powersoft plate amp, a RCF L18P400 for cheaper, half the price or less and sound better

@@barefaceindian8821 there’s probably a reason you don’t make speakers then lol. Yorkville isn’t crap and for sure bassboss isn’t crap. It’s not in everyone price range so don’t hate if it’s not accessible to you. It’s been told by many big guys in our industry that no one can produce low end like bassboss does and that’s a fact.

@@kendrickjarias The NX985 is a big boy nearly 100 pounds and also a 3 way. And even tho that cabinet has amazing coverage I feel it’s more of a point source box. The DV12 is more of a line array style box almost half size and insane output. What do you run for subs?

@@DJBrianRodrigues yes, I like the 3 way design from RCF, for subs I run the bassboss DJ18s ( 2 of them ) and 2 old JBL eon612s on top of them, but I’m looking to replace the JBLs with DV12s or NX985s, I don’t mind the weight or size at all, the best result is my objective

@@kendrickjarias if you have DJ18s I would strongly suggest the DV12s that’s a crazy combo and if you get more subs 1 dv12 can do 4 18 subs it’s a beast of a top.

@@chateauxneufdupop941 correct and super easy to deploy on the floor with all different positions. I have the DV12s also. And for monitor nothing beats the CCM12

@@chateauxneufdupop941 it’s basically a bassboss diamond that is setup to be deployed not only on a pole as well as on a flat surface like floor, sub, or stage.

@@gabrielrivaud1651 yes plenty videos on my channel with them in use. I’d say at most with 2 subs 150. One sub 100. Since I have dv12s I bring them out when it’s over 100 guests or bigger rooms way more headroom.
