Just a thought I have, please let me know if this is fine ? What if a woman since the start of her career, works towards becoming financial independent. After becoming financial independent she get retired and enter into motherhood and keep generating basic money out of money for her security and rest all expenses father would be taking care of. Now in this case, as she is financial independent so no one can anymore exploit her, as she is not dependent for money on anybody. And as she is no more working so the roles will be happily segregated :- raising kid (mother) and earning money (father) Isn't this a good plan ?

How much money a women make don't determine how much she is respected. But for men it does, nobody respects a man who do not provide or protect but it is not a womens burden to provide and protect. Generally speaking it is optimal for healthy family that the man provides and the women supports her man

I don't know about others but one difference I noticed is the separation between thought and emotion. Even if I get negative thoughts it still didn't bother me because my emotion never went that way. The biggest advantage of this is even when you're in an uncomfortable situation you will still be relaxed.

At the end what Sadhguru said is interesting: "if you're a fool, you will do what you don't want; if you're intelligent you will do what you want; if you're genius you will do whatever is needed (or is appearing at this moment) with joy and devotion." So conclusion is, if I want to be genius I should do whatever life situation asks me to do without resistance, with acceptance and with involvement in the process, because my happiness doesn't depend on what I do or don't, my happiness is primary to anything in life.

My problem is that other women have problems because I am housewife.....those womens always dominates me for doing nothing, they tries to feel me that I am useless... And the other side my family is satisfied about who I am and what I am doing...my family is very positive about my home making... But don't know why people have problem... Very dominating society

I ate my roommates last burrito when he wasn’t looking. So, I cut off my pinky finger to offer him as a sign that I was truly remorseful for what I did to his Mexican dinner. It turns out eating that burrito ate me up inside more than I ate that damn burrito. He graciously accepted my digit and then threw it in the trash. If you can't find what you want to do, find what needs to be done. He said, "If you really want to be a genius in your life, you will do whatever is needed with absolute joy and involvement." Sometimes I feel like you have to follow what most people do especially school because you can't get wrong by choosing it. Second, if choosing career/job is the problem, try to at least be competitive about it. Choose a harder, more competitive degree over an easier one unless you have a pretty good reason not to. If you really can't choose one thing, try imagining yourself in both situations years from now, making sure that you'll never regret a day working on your degree. And lastly, just try. You'll find out more once you're there. I once read a comment saying something like "if you want to make sure if you are unhappy about your job, look at your seniors and observe yourself in their shoes." Saying all that still can't decide for my own. 😔

Those women who work alot outside home but after coming home are tired and the children are being taken care whole day by nanny. You are good, modern and you are beautiful. Those women who are working day and night outside home and inside home as well to support their family financially, to make family live hand to mouth or above hand to mouth. You are good, empowered and beautiful. Those woman who are housewife and doing your job with love and care for your children and family members. You are good and following tradition. You are beautiful. To talk about respect, whether you are working outside home or inside home, as an employee to others or self-employed or housewife, there is no guarrantee that you will be respected by your inlaws, family members or children. Take in written words. You are earning your own wealth or not, that will never determine that you will not be humiliated. Get out of that fancy dreamy world. A woman who earns will do one thing after getting humiliated - take divorce or stay separated. Whereas a non-earning woman will either continue to ignore that humiliation or disrespect or will talk back and fight word for word for sometime, will eventually realise it is futile. Then some will decide that the need has come to start earning for own self. But she will never be able to respect those who have disrespected them earlier. While some women will ignore all insults live without earning because for them insults does not matter and they are thick skinned. They will tell to relatives come tell me whatever you want and I will live in my own way. This can happen only if husband is supportive. Women who have dreams to achieve outside home are great. Women who have dreams to achieve inside home are great.

If having children is full time job then why we are not getting salary for it? Does women don't have right to be financially independent. Saari umra Hume kisi ke aage haath kyu failana padta hai? Humare hard work ki value kyu nahi hai?
