the problem is on the display driver, its somehow not compatible with maya, they say its a bug, i encounter this when i upgraded my display driver to the latest, well reverting it fix everything, this video was the only way i manage to fix those skel but it seriously it doesnt work for all, what's my advice is that you check your display driver, thanks guys.

maya2013,.. when i am creating a joint, the joints don't actually show some connection to each other, the orientation of the connectors are pointing in different directions,.. i tried all possible ways but still no hope,,, i tried deleting the prefs in my documents folder, tried uninstalling,.. i did even tried formatting my laptop(clean format as usual) but still no luck,.. hope you guys can h...

Ive found out the real culprit, it was the video driver, even the maya 2014 does the same thing, i did somehow downgraded my driver, and the its back to normal, if you have upgraded your driver try rolling it back, i'm using amd radeon hd 6470m and it has some conflicts, well bug i should say.
