Because there was more interest in SP60 with lots of reserves so developed another championship similar to that which theoretically should fill up better than having the Endurance. I don't think the Endurance grid ever sold out in any round this year, which is a shame, lets see what happens

@ I’m just hoping it’s there for the time I get into seniors. Maybe if it wasn’t selling out they should have lowered the prices or something because it was defo a championship that didn’t need to be removed. Always some great races to watch with the strategy of a driver change and or just a refuelling pit stop. I dought it will be gone for ever though, atleast hopefully not 🙏.

@@EmilyRaceGirl fastest drivers will do 50s/51s. Drivers with good experience will do 52s, 53 or just above is a good baseline

Sandown flows better than MK as there are less boggy/tight corners. MK is a good track design you are right. You've got some other outdoor tracks around/near London such as Rye House, Lakeside & Brentwood, none of them are standouts though. Better to travel that little bit more and go to Buckmore...

@TTM_Vettel yeah good point😂. Also I went again and got 45.111 which is a huge improvement. I I've been karting about 4 times now, twice at Stockton track. Hopefully I can go more often and improve my tume and skill

@KobsterBasketball Ay congrats mate that's a huge improvement. I went last Thursday and the track was 2 seconds slower 43.5s was the best I could do

@@huckinb i only did the first session of the opening day, i did a 44.0. A driver who did 45.9 in the same session did a 42.7 later that day so track has improved a lot already

@ I got a 43.122 just kept getting stuck behind people

I did a 44.0 but it was first session so quite slippery, think it's on 42 seconds now

@@DanteDhillon yeah down to 41.8 for light weights and as a heavy weight i got 42.056 which i believe currently is the heavyweight track record

@@angelanoronha738 juniors are fun because they are classic, basic kart, sodi is good for helping improve at smooth steering, dmax is always the challenge though, more exciting with the sound & speed etc

These karts really struggle with understeer compared to the current karts that are at Tamworth from what I believe. I would actually drive these karts different now to how I did in this video. The snapping on the steering was to help get rotation early you're right, as I knew I would miss the corner otherwise lol. I haven't been to Midland karting before!

@@DanteDhillon yes, the karts now don’t seem to bad with understeer, although I have no experience from the kart you drove. What I did learn was how much you use the track limits compared to myself. Something I need to get used too.
