I've had 4 phones with quadlock cases and never even crossed my mind this will happen. My s23u definitely was a super tight fit and needed extra attention sliding it in. Maybe this is a case of user error?

And that's why you should buy their vibration dampener that goes under the phone. Besides, that case probably has some problems, because i have a similar phone, and it's very difficult to take it off. I used to have it on an Africa twin, off roading with no problems, and now on a z900rs, which gives off even more vibrations at high speed, no problem.

I've crashed 4 times on dirt (one of those times at 65mph, slowest one was about 25-30mph) with a quadlock setup on the mirror stem and the only thing that was part of the quadlock system that got damaged was the cable. The phone stayed in the case and they flew off, the mirrors were destroyed, the bikes, two different bikes all banged up but rideable. The mount and case itself were scratched up and banged up but still worked just fine. The phone itself was fine just the protective glass was cracked. Still using the same setup as those crashes with just a new cable. Bikes been fixed sold.

I think the least of your worries is the quad lock. look at what you are wearing. you are doomed if you fall off like your phone. Stupid people deserve stupid prizes. not saying you are stupid, but you are way unsafe!

I’ve ridden years on heaps of different bikes with quad locks and I’ve never had a phone randomly fly out I’ve also never stored a card behind the phone so the phone can’t actually sit in the case properly which is probs what linked to your phone flying out…..

I've been using a Ram Mount since 2015, and it has never failed. Same mount. Multiple bikes. Multiple phones. Never used the extra rubber bands. Tens of thousands of kilometers. Hundreds of kilometers per hour regularly. Rain, snow and shine.

My s10+ case sits on tight, i also have the vibration dampener and a windshield covering the phone since i have a sport bike, probably all factors that helped over your situation

I use another stupid expensive brand to hold my phone, but mine really hugs the phone instead of a case.

My Quadlock phone case requires a significant amount of effort to get my phone off of it, it would not simply fall off of the case. I worry more about the vibration dampening attachment than the phone case to be honest.

Oh man I finally pulled the trigger and got a quad lock system, and now I'm second guessing it. Can you supply some info on your setup? Phone type, the age of the phone case, do you use the quad lock phone case as permanently phone case and did it happen on a smooth road or a rough road?

I am still using the ram phone holders, never failed me. My only option since I use a chunky fucking ulefone.
