Those are the rarest pickup trucks, but I will admit that they needed some serious improvements in performance and technology to make them safe and roadworthy down the line,yet cool video and good to go with this one.

Studebaker didn't have a V8 until model year '51, and the Champion six was rated at 80 horsepower, top speed around 80 mph downhill with gale-force tailwinds. The '48 Dodge engine shown had a carburetor, not fuel injection. The '49 Olds 88 had a 5-liter V8, not 5.4 liter, and Cadillac, Buick, and Packard had more powerful engines. And on, and on...
