Sameeeeeee! Thank you friend🩷🩷
I am sooooo thankful that I clicked it on this video and this is the first inspo video I have watched! thank you much for everything you said. im going back to school and I wasn't sure but this was confirmation for me
Yessss! You won’t regret it❤️
Try putting the hyperpigmentation serum on the spot, spot treat. Your doing great have some spots as well that’s why gave you a follow ❤we got this
Yes we got this!!!!! Thank you for the tip🩷
Wow seeing the results
Yay!!
I hope you never get glass skin 🦍🐵🙉
Your features are to die forrrr !!
Thank you Maya!!!!🥺
omg ur absolutely gorgeous!!😍
Thank you so much!!!!!
you're so gorgeous 😻🙏🏾
Thank you so much🥹🩷
You’re so pretty 💗
Thank you so much love❤️
you're so pretty!! i wish my dark spots were cute like freckles like yours. good luck with the tretinoin
Yup I see the difference baby
Yassssss don’t get me hype now!🤣😩
ur skin beautiful btw
Thank you so much 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾 that means a lot!
@ your welcome ❤️ i’ve been struggling with mine recently, But yours is so so glowy and pretty❤️
I have been researching and trying different things to see what my skin likes, but when I look in the mirror I feel like all I see is my dark spots! What issues are you having with your skin? It’ll get better for us ❤️
@@aniyah_nashee i’m having cystic acne on my chin extremely painful. Also my skin barrier is really damaged rn, and the winter weather isn’t helping!!! I ordered some grapeseed oil and tamanu oil, i like natural remedies!
@ ugh when your skin barrier is damaged it feels horrible, I’m sorry your going through that! I’ll have to look into tamanu oil, that’s my first time hearing about that!
It was prescribed by a dermatologist too, it would work for like 2 weeks then boom 1,000 dark spots
Omg! So glad I’m not the only one, were you able to fix it??
@ It’s looking much better, but I still have some dark spots. I’ve been using a soap called Clear Therapy from my local beauty supply store that has been fading the dark spots. I want to try vitamin c to completely fade the dark spots, but I’m scared because I have sensitive skin lol.😂
Girl I’m scared of vitamin c too! I have some in the drawer and can’t bring myself to use it😭
Omgggg hydroquinone did this to me!
Girl your beautiful. Also try Real Alow Vera plant. Im 41& have been using it for years. Cut the inside& let juice sit on face after cleaning fir about 15 min, moisturize & go❤
Thank you so much! I will put aloe Vera plant on my next grocery store list!🥰
I hope u stay consistent HOPES FOR U FROM ME!!
Comments like this definitely help! Thank you❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Do an internal cleanser to get all the toxins out of your body and that will help. I used to have this same type of skin.
Ooh what do you recommend??👀
Have you tried tea tree essential oil? put it on the pimple or put a few drops on the pimple patch and it will help. Tumeric is good as well for dark spots. Aloe vera plant is a good moisturizer and help heal the skin. You are Beautiful & Fearfully and Wonderfully made ❤️
Thank you! Aloe Vera seems to be coming up a lot I’m definitely gonna try that!
انت جميل الحلقه ❤❤
Thank you so so much!!!!!!!!
One thing that has changed my perspective on acne, dark spots and skin is “glowy skin regardless” and a healthy skin barrier. your skin looks healthy and shiny so it’s only a matter of time. stay hydrated and gorgeous 💗💗
Thank you!! I love your perspective that’s such a good way to look at it❤
❤❤❤❤❤❤
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Korean skincare and La Roche Posay definitely helped me get glass skin! Maybe you could give them a try!
La Roche Posay is on my list of things to try! Do you have any specific product recommendations?
@@aniyah_nasheeI second using Korean skincare. CosRx snail mucin has made a huge difference in the texture of my skin. Also, a moisturizer with niacinamide is great for dark spots. I use PCASkin clearskin moisturizer. And don’t forget sunscreen!
Dang I never comment but you so pretty hun
Thank you so much omg😭
No worries god definitely had favorites 😂
and you are definitely one of them!!!!
Girl you don't need to change your skin you are so pretty
Thank you, you just made my heart so full!
@ of course you are sooo pretty
Get an MPH. It’s more realistic opportunities. Working your way up to management would need a clinical degree like RN, PA,MD , regulatory etc . Most of these management are those type of folks with those degrees in addition to an mph or MHA. They usually don’t give those opportunities to anyone without medical or clinical experience in their field. Most times it’s RN with MSN , MBA , MHA or MD with MPH or MBA. Say you were an RN for a year or two and you acquired an MHA or MSN/ MS. You can be a unit manager or hospital administrator or even DON in a LTC n hit those 140-190k numbers. Might even be a director of something in health care and hit 200k up same as MDs. Get an MPH be an epidemiologist or biostatistician or mph with health informatics to be a data analyst or community or environmental or even regulatory writing that’s 6figure. If you wanna be in health management without a clinical degree go for an MBA , PMP instead of MHA and it’s shoot you to the financial management top for health management, insurance, project management healthcare or pharmaceutical and marketing, grant management etc. I think it also makes you more marketable beyond the healthcare industry. Also think a bachelors in public health is better opportunities than bachelors in HA . BS public health u get good jobs at BS level than HA which would need a masters to find good and well paid jobs in that challenging job seeking field
This is why I immediately started working after graduating high school. Community college and Trade school is beneficial to. But moral is that experience and skills are important than a degree.
Hello,I’m new here Bt I got a question plz How long does it take to do a medical assistant course sis❤I live in Kentucky nd I’m new in the state
To small
This made me so happy to hear that you found a career that you enjoy. Thank you, you seem like such a positive person and this video provided me some comfort.
Thank you for watching and for your kind words!
I’m a new you tuber and I vlog also! I’m in Upstate NY. I do wfh 👩🏽💻 vlogs!
Hey 👋🏽 sis! I’m new here! I saw your video in the newsfeed and I work from home 🏡👩🏽💻 and NEVER going back into the office!!! I’m glad you were rewarded! 🥰☺️
Hello love! Yessss I’m so happy to be working remotely. Hopefully I’ll never go back😅
Research is something that intrigues me greatly however, I am currently obtaining a MBA in healthcare management!
I have my MHA, but my family is military so right now I need something more flexible that can move with me. Research is a great field. It is interesting being able to have a part in early stage drug testing. They also have a lot of remote positions. There are ways a masters can be useful in research, but I also am leaving the door open for hospital administration if we ever settle into one area! The masters will definitely give you options!
How have you gotten into research as a result of being a medical assistant?
My medical assistant experience during COVID landed me at a pharma company tracking adverse events for another COVID vaccine. That experience in pharma was enough to help me get my foot in the door in research. I got a year of experience in my entry level research job and then I moved on to cancer research
How many bundles did you use? Did they last long?
3, and yes they lasted! Great quality hair I’m on my 2nd install.
Hey girl how you been doing?? I hope all is well. What you been doing miss you . I found out recently that I can graduate next year fall 2025 with my bachelor degree in health services administration.
Hey girl!! Omg really?! Yessss I love that for you🥰 Are you working?
@ Hey love yes I’m serious. I’m currently working at the school in financial aid.
This video definitely helped. Thank you for this information!
Edits 👌🏿
Thank youuuuuuu
Congratulations on this new journey! ❤
Thank you Lex!!!
I loved this video! I finally found a job that I really love and it allows me to also do content creation. I tried to do the whole entrepreneur thing 24/7 and it personally exhausted me. I realize I do best when I don't have to depend on my fragile creative times to make all of my money. But it took years to get here and a lot of jobs that I had to sift through and I don't regret that at all. My biggest advice now for 20-somethings is to not be afraid to try out a lot of different jobs until you find one that doesn't feel like you are slogging through life. Congrats on your new journey!
Yes! Amazing amazing advice!
@@aniyah_nashee aww thank you for taking the time to respond. This really made my day!
I'm currently a Medical Assistant and I want to continue my education. I'm interested in Healthcare administration but seeing so many people talked about how they can't find a job after graduating is honestly scarring me.
It is a real concern, but not only for HA graduates. It is a tough job market for anyone with any degree. I wouldn’t let it deter you but I definitely would say you need a strong plan post graduation.
Hi! I’m currently in Texas looking to go back and get my MHA online. I see a lot of Reddit post saying make sure the school is CAHME accredited but those schools are out of my budget. I saw you said the one you attended wasn’t and I wanted to know if that has been an issue in your job search? Do you mind sharing what school you went to?
love your integrity ❤
I just ordered this dress today . That’s gorgeous on you.
Thank you! You are gonna love it☺️
Thanks
Is there a part 2?
Thank you ❤
HI I'm a college student currently majoring in Biology and I've been thinking about changing my major, I've been interested in Healthcare administration but I never really knew exactly what people did in that field. I'm really leaning towards Healthcare Info management or Patient Services. This was extremely helpful thank you!!

Moved to a small town in ND a few years ago from a somewhat small city in California, and changed my perception of how life actually is and how cruel people can be. Omg it's so draining it made me into a anti social hermit, like why am I such an easy target for people to talk shit about me. (mostly from other women) Maybe I am a little different and am meant for better things, there's no changing myself for others when they'll judge either way. I'm only here because my bfs there. I hate this place, I hate my job, I hate the people here for making me feel unwelcomed.
