    I see what you're saying; however, how would you say or suggest going about being ok with the first, second, and so on level of discomfort for your task? Do you mean the “building beliefs” IS how you become ok with it? Asking respectfully and genuinely

      Great questions. I’ll put out a video to clear that up. But in short, when you rise to a new level, you stay at that level until the discomforts of that new level are your new normal. When it comes to building belief, every time you rise to a new level and you take on the challenges of that new level you build believe that you can handle more. So the more you do, the more challenges you take on the stronger the belief you build in yourself. That’s building belief. I hope that helps and I’ll put out a video to help explain it as well.
