I recently relocated to the UK from Eswatini and in this video document my experiences leading up to moving day
I applied and got sole custody. They asked for additional docs and I submitted that. Is that enough?

which law firm did you use....I did all you did and was told no and to apply for administrative review
I’m really sorry to hear that, I used a law firm called Cleaver Fulton Rankin. At the time they charged me £500 I’m not sure if this had gone up. I wish you all the best

Ma after your child biometrics how many weeks did it take for his visa to be approved
It came back within 2 weeks (10 working days) forgot the exact amount of days it took but not more than 10 days
Ma’am what if it has taken a month and days still yet no reply
@@ChinwendunnekeRuth-ol8isthat’s certainly concerning as even on the uk gov site it says it should take about 15 working days. Try see if you can make a follow up somehow

Hi Who will take care of the child while I go to work? Do I need to show proof of that? Can a 12-year-old child come to the UK unaccompanied? Only need to show proof of 2 bedroom accommodation and bank statement, right?

Hi Angie, i had shared financial responsibility but i did not even have to go as far as mentioning that. All i mentioned was the child has always stayed with me and the father confirmed that in his consent letter. I would say whatever you say in your letter, make sure the fathers letter corresponds/ confirms this.
