Hey there! I'm Old Man Paisley (OMP). I live in New Brunswick Canada with my darling wife. I love hunting, fishing, ATVing, boating, and all things outdoors! I am absolutely crazy about bear hunting and like to share my experiences with friends and family. I am a licensed guide for that reason. I will share some of the things I do with my videos - I hope you find them interesting and learn a thing or two.

Possibly another bear. There is always something coming in too the bait.
I don't understand how shooting animals over bait is sporting or fair chase.
Hunting over bait gives me the opportunity to observe the bears so i can take a boar and not shoot a sow that may have cubs up a tree close by. You would not have that opportunity if you were to pursue them in the woods on foot. I spent many a evening just watching bears interact with each other around the barrel and learn lots and get some awesome film footage. Baiting may not seem fair chase to you ,and that is OK, but i feel it is a very ethical way to hunt bears. Thanks for your comment.
