Have lived in Sunshine all my life and I turn 63 soon. It has substantially changed even more after you filmed this. So many memories of the huge Massey Ferguson factory that I once sold newspapers to. Great to see interest in Sunshine.

Wow! The Old shops down the Greek Precinct in Lonsdale Street are all gone. Used to love going to see those shops as a kid. All the Deli's, Restaurant's and Coffee Shops and the like. The sites and smells of coffee and foodstuff's in the air. The meat hanging in the window's of the Deli's and other small goods store's. Yes I'm an old girl. But only in my early 50s. Such as change I guess!

This was pretty much before all hell broke loose with COVID-19 and Melbourne and our lives changed forever.

After completing my Masters, I left RMIT in 2002 and Australia in 2004 for US. This video of yours, brought back so many good memories that I had with my wonderful friends, who became kind of a group. Recalled those jokes and goofing around in different places in campus. My heart was pumping while watching your video and just short of shedding tears. Now those friends are gone on their respective paths. once inseparable, now we barely are in touch with each other. Thank you, Thank you for bringing back those days, even it meant for 21 min & 20 sec. God Bless.

I was there in sept 2019 (spring season) and it was so beautiful with daffodils, tulips, and many other flowers. Melbourne has great parks. Autumn is too gorgeous, hope my next visit will be in autumn season.

RMIT University is a quite an ambiguous and amusing educational institution. RMIT does offer some very good courses presented by skilled lecturers, however it also offers some seemingly obscure courses presented by unqualified staff. It is a fact that lecturing staff possess a diverse range of qualifications. These qualifications range from degree qualified lecturers through to unqualified lecturers, who do not possess any formal qualifications, including diploma or trade qualifications. I am personally aware of at least one pretentious staff member, who intentionally describes himself as a “University Lecturer” outside of work and yet he does not possess any formal qualifications. He enjoys portraying himself as a sophisticated, enlightened, intelligent academic, when in reality he is simply an unqualified TAFE Teacher, who ironically professes expertise in various subjects. This person once stated, “anyone can get a degree”. My question to this person, “If that’s the case, where’s your degree ?”
