All you need is the right tool, try getting the platform puller and if not remove the spacer first of no1 blade, if that doesn’t work, remove spacer 1,2&3 make sure to identify them properly.
The process is called Non Destructive Testing NDT and is much more complex than you can imagine and only when it has passed this test it goes on to be repaired /refurbished remember each part has a serial number that is noted by each technician at every phase of the repair before returning to service .
I pulled all the plateform and then pull the spacer.this is easy way. I will do it this way. I saved this video .and I didn't lubricate the platform seal area to blade and that shaking makes is very easy Thanks for this videos
During the removal of the last fan blade the guy damaged the inlet😅 really unprofessional.
These are tasks that no robots can do today and none will be able to in the future
Watched this after spending 6 hours in an intake because the platforms wouldn't come out...if only it were this easy

I hope they have computers to check for stress fractures as well as people

Very reliable engine.
This is the only engines that belongs on the 737 not those LEAP1's
When it comes to these videos, I am a huge fan.
Ah yes good one ^^
What does the lubricant apply on the fan blades for what?
胡庭賓 there is a bit of play between blade root and hub. When fan spins. And it moves due to centrifugal force. It keeps from wearing.
Интересно какую зарплату получает этот человек?

Thx am gonna go fix mine rn
Do other engines use interstitial platforms to seal between the blades? Personally I've never heard of that being done before.
"Use approved marker"...
You cant use any marker because it might corrode the fan blades.
Useful video
Watching this because of Southwest flight 1380.
وهل هذا دليل على القصور ام على الحرص على التقنيه في العمل
مهما وصلوا من تطور يبقى لديهم قصور والدليل قيام الفني بترقيم ريش المروحة حتى يعيد تركيبها
That’s SOP.
To be Honest...very easy...Just need to do all night... Amazing job.
