Vanilla is used in the Diligence potion. It is a late game potion that cuts work process times by 50%. So while useful vanilla is rather situational. No need to have too much of your garden dedicated to it. If you are looking for the Diligence potion it is actually in this very video 9:39 - Diligence Potion.

The Catamaran unlocks after you get your first piece of copper ore.

@@ThakardGaming I have had copper a LONG time and it is not unlocked.

@@glenblanton250 If go into your crafting menu "Q". Hit the little eye icon near the search bar. That should show all recipes locked and unlocked. Find the Catamaran and see what it is that you are missing.

If you are not prepared there is no place in the game that is as punishing than copper island.

@@ThakardGaming Then I will say it's been a fun trial by fire. I'm actually going to be there less now that I have the ark and put most of my crafting machines in the hold. If I can fit the smelter on there then my home base will become the boat. The thing about copper island is using the salve and only doing hard work at certain times of day. Once you get the solar distiller cooking it's all good. 🤘 I have a base on iron island too and it's wicked when the storms pop up but kinda bad for my ship as it takes a beating at the dock.

The aiming reticle for ranged weapons only happens if you hold down the aim button. If you turned off the entire hud you can hit F6 to get it back. Also you have several options in Settings > Controls that are HUD related. Hope I helped.

Making leather requires the use of the Skin Dryer and improved Tanner Workbench to craft. Basic process is kill beastie > Fresh Hide > Tanner Workbench > Processed Hide > Skin Dryer > Dried Hide > Improved Tanner Workbench > Completed Piece of Leather

It is the first time I ever did an AI generated thumbnail. To my utter dismay ChatGPT refused to put an image of Admiral Ackbar into the image. Also Harpies are jerks. But, they used to be 10x worse. 😄

I honestly think most of those bugs will remain until the fix whatever the root problem is. Hopefully they are getting passed the creation phase of development and into the bug smashing phase soon.

@@christophermendenhall7731 Sorry I don't have a video on that one. I personally didn't do much with the traps. I focused more heavily on the farming.

Sorry, I personally didn't mess with traps much.

I am currently streaming a coop playthrough with a friend. It plays fine, but there is not need to play coop. Playing both single and coop is enjoyable and works very well.

They are all over the swamp area, but they ONLY appear at night. Using concentration mode will help you locate them easier.

Yeah I do eventually switch drives and the issue does go away. Seems a very poor bug to have in your game though.

Nope, once you remove a farm it all goes. That was something I called out long ago. Sorry this one I can't fix.

Yeah it Was attached to a fence. I removed the fence and it took my farm with it. Crap :(

@@bragolhen7862 I believe they have 3 bags of each seed in game currently. Plus many of the seeds can be found by harvesting. So I hope you are able to recover.

Hey, sometimes it is all on big dumb old me. But, I do agree with you that many of the things in game were not well explained. The game as a whole however has been very enjoyable.

The main reason for building is protection from the elements. Buildings protect from rain, wind, cold, and pests.
