Why not practice nasotracheal
Thanks for watching... In Maxillo facial injuries, there are injuries to the nasal bones, thus nasotracheal intubation will further aggravate injuries, hence avoided ...
@icubbsr thank you for this explication
I need
Hindi me hota ho ur bhi best hota
Thank you for giving nice information
Why dont you use probe cover or latex glove instead?
I dont trust the doctors right away, even they dont know what is going on in some cases. Science has not found a bulletproof answer about at what time exactly a brain dead person is "really" dead and ready for organ donor. There are very deep brain areas still functioning even in a brain dead's person, and we just dont know what this poor person is experiencing or feeling when in that state. Horrific to imagine that they all have given you up and they pull the plug, when "something" is still alive in you. We still need to learn quite a lot, it is such a long way to go to fully understand how the brain and consciousness actually works. My condolences to the family of the woman. I hope she'll rest in peace.
the PACHIDERM is died ?
Some important steps are missing.
Thanks for watching...can you please enumerate the missing steps
Stop music
Thanks for the input....will keep it in mind for future edits
I happened to see your video.good presentation. Could u pls tell me where cvp transducers available. Who are the dealers Thanks
Thanks for watching... Edwards lifescience ...please contact u r hospital Biomedical engineer.
Maybe next time just take the knnector off, then reassamble. Saves time, and tissue damage 😉
Yes..definitely it's better that way..... but the one available with us at that time was with fixed connector Thanks for mentioning it..
1:16 it is CSF manometer, not CVP manometer sir
Thanks for watching....we are using CVP manometer for CSF Pressure measurement , we don't have CSF manometer available , but it's okay....both are similar
@@icubbsr how can cvp manometer used to measure csf pressure sir? They work in the same way Just for clarification sir
CVP manometer starts from minus 5.. so it needs to be added to the final measurement. CSF manometer starts from zero... That's the difference between two of them
Nicely explained. Thanks a lot doctor
So nice doctor, thanks a lot
thanks you for the video but why you need 14 Fr suction catheter you can simply just insert 10 Fr directly to get the secretion ?
Thanks for noticing... with a single catheter, there is a strong possibility of getting colonizers sticking to the inner sude of the ET tube...with 10 F inside the 14F, we can bypass the ET tube colonizers
Sir please comment physiotherapy is best course are not
It all depends on how good you are in it...if you like and enjoy the work...then it's the best thing... great future in it
My opening pressure was 43. Report says they removed 7cm of water. What does that really mean?
Usually, 10 to 20 ml of CSF is removed in this process ....to bring pressure by 20-30% less than before
Sir my patient Arti gupta we discussed , please tell the correct name of tracheostomy tube for buying from medical shop Apollo Delhi or Mumbai what I have to say to them
Please mail me at drsarojpatnaik@gmail.com I'm not able to send the snaps on comments here
Great video thank you❤😊
When you ask yourself what happened 😷 just know jesus loves you🙏🙏🙏🙏🎗☮♥️🇺🇲🤔
can we give chest physio to a coma patient who doesnt have tracheostomy tube if ever we give then should we do oropharyngeal suction
Thanks for watching...yes coma patients definitely need chest physiotherapy... along with oropharyngeal suctioning, postural drainage also helps...
I had one done last week and I believe that Doctor was not to knowledgeable in the procedure. She had to go in with the needle 2x because the 1st time it was so painful I kept feeling sharp pain on my hip.
Sorry to hear that...Anaesthesiologists are the best people for this procedure. They do this very frequently
Techestomy me rogi ko kya ky pilai ja sakti hai sir Plz reply me.??
It depends on the patient's clinical status...starting from regular oral feeding to liquid food through a ryles tube or PEG tube.
Excellent
Superb bro🫡
Slam..sir mery nephew ko tracheostomy lgi howe 1 year ho gya ha..abhi tk drs yehi kejty hain shayed yeh pori life asy he rhy..he is only 17 years old..he cant speak..plz help us we want a treatment that can remove a tracheostomy.
Thanks for watching...for tracheostomy removal certain criteria to be met...like good swallowing reflex, adequate cough...need to see clinically
The moment I saw transducer use and said mf, medicine is so advanced
I was in a coma for 4 months...
Thank God u survived 🙏🏻
Hard work our doctors 💪♥️
Really it's an amazing job , Thanks for your efforts ❤❤
Mere bhaiya hypoxia brain injury se suffer kr r h... Plz btaye koi treatment...

Someone I knew was alcoholic. after trip to Thailand he came back with severe diarrhea his skin turn to yellow but he kept drinking alcohol for many days THEN diarrhea turn to non stop bleeding he calls his son takes time to rich but finally when he riches to hospital he was in coma like state he was admitted to ICU after 4 month he opened his eyes but far gone not present blinking his awake but no communication so then his brain damaged I guess has no cure
Can you please explain why during my LP i heard radiologist say 75 water, but OP was 30 and closing pressure was 24?
Hi..usually the opening pressure is documented...normal pressure around 7 to 20 in warer/ Hg....urs might be 30 cm of water
Excellent presentation
isme pain hota h kya plz tell me true plz plz 😢😢😢😢
Done under local anesthesia ....if done by an Anaesthesiologist, then it's not painful
Can we instert our regular 3 lumen cath in the basilic vein ?
Thanks for watching...central line comes in 7 French and PICC line in 4 French... Thus, it is not advised as it will block the basilic vein....also length difference

Thank God for your recovery...all the best.👍 Do you remember anything during the 15-day coma period ??

My sister has been in coma for 16 days ,now ahe is whispering names , what's your opinion sir
That's great news... May she recover fully... That's the msg in my video... to differentiate vegetative state(coma) from brain death... from the former, one can recover, but the latter is irreversible
@@icubbsr thank you sir ,from Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Thank u, really .. my cousin died last year because of the brain death .. but i didn't know what happened, really .. the doctors only said that the brain stem is fully damaged and we didn't understand .. so that video makes it clear..
