We've never had anyone use the Academy who has had their visa refused. If your case is complex or high risk, this can be identified during the intro session and we would not be encouraging you to enrol with the Academy.

hi there! you can use the Department's processing time tool on their website to get an indication of how long the 309 might take. There's certain criteria to be met for a 600 visa but making a valid application is a different story. You may want to seek advice around a 600 visa specifically

Processing times are constantly changing. The best way to find out what current processing times are is through the Department of Home Affairs website.

The time-frames provided by the Department of Home Affairs are an average only and are impacted by a number of factors including the complexity of an application, whether it's decision ready and so much more! Currently, we are seeing 820 applications process within approx 6 months. Keep in mind these are also decision ready applications :)

But on the other hand, it should be ready right after you apply for 820 so that process might get clicker? Do you have any opinion on that? 😢

@@bachlover-life Where I know an application is strong and we want to try and get a quick processing time, I would recommend medicals being done as soon as the application is lodged.
