Pawnee ok hit 70 mph a few days ago. It killed a guy because no one expects bad storms in Oklahoma in September. If this is a bad storm I would love this compared to what we get when the trees are touching the ground because the wind is so high and rain feels like a bunch of tacs hitting you.

That storm was epic. I was in Windsor Locks when it hit. Multiple power flashes. Video is on youtube.

It's weird cus my school has two System Sensor L-Series alarms in one of the hallways (not the main 8th grade one) and they also go off in Code 2. Really strange.

This is actually an easy fix and a very stupid install mistake. You’ll notice the strobes flash in a temporal 3 pattern which means these alarms are getting a temporal coded signal pattern from the panel. This is not how smart sync works. There needs to be a smartsync protocol feeding into these alarms. So there is a booster somewhere that is not set properly that’s causing this issue. Very easy fix.

I got 7-8 inches from that storm. School was closed for me on January 12, 2011.

Ugh! It’s these stupid ass smartsync ones ig that dont work worth a shit. If u manage to get the horn working it skips half of the 1st blast and sometimes the strobe dont work. If the strobe works sometimes the horn dont! them damn smartsync ones always got some flaw.

I first was expecting System Sensor SpectrAlert Advances because these fire alarms are the loudest especially on high volume as they can be heard from 3/4 or a mile away

Fire Alarm Voice Evac systems hooked up to loudspeakers are louder than speaker strobes because loudspeakers have a higher audio wattage level than speaker strobes meaning you can play really loud sounds, like Voice Evac Messages inside or outside of buildings with remote strobes as well

SpectrAlert Advance causing that miscommunication on the nac bc simplex panel has a built in smartsync for the smartsyc truealerts causing maulfunction, due to it not being compatible with Simplex smart sync modules or panels. Wheelock devices are compatible with Simplex modules and panels and will make Truealerts sound in code-3 Reference to Michael Spranger's comment

The Spectra Alert was on a Simplex Smart Sync and caused the fault

It could be from the Spectralert Advance outside, causing the Smartsync to get confused a bit, or there's too many alarms in one circuit, or a faulty Smartsync module. There's several possibilities to why the Truealerts did that.
