Is it anyway to get the cut and fill volume from actual ground level to required the design level by using Geomax zoom 90?
This can be done in the volumes module but selecting reference elevation and selecting the point you want as ground level from CAD.

Yes you can indeed. The old. Machines you are talking about are Dumpy Levels. Also available with us!
You can, just make sure the person holding the staff is slowly tipping it away and toward you - the lowest reading you get is the correct one indicating plumb/vertical.
