The Edge: Fundamental Knife Flow Set 1
This video serves as the first of many videos for the new series we are simply calling "The Edge". The purpose of this series is to give a brief introduction as to the knife techniques and theories we use at the academy. These drills serve as training methods for our students to begin developing their skills along with understanding the concepts we incorporate from many systems.
