During an Alaska Airlines flight from Barrow to Anchorage, the pilots treated passengers to a HUGE treat circling ALL the way around Denali, or Mt. McKinley...North America's Tallest Mountain standing at a whopping 20,310' high. Of course, I captured the moment for y'all to see! Hope you enjoy!

Hey guys! While in Alaska flying the Milk Run from Anchorage to Seattle, I spent a day in beautiful Juneau, Alaska where I had some time to do a bit of plane spotting at the airport two different days. On a clear day, JNU is absolutely picturesque and I was lucky enough to be there on two of these awesome days! Hope you guys enjoy this raw, unedited plane spotting footage from Juneau Internatio...

Hey guys! Back in July during one of my trips to the D.C./Baltimore area, I decided to meet up with @carolina_chaser_studios at BWI as he was coming in for a few hours. So what better thing to do at this airport than some classic plane spotting! The observation deck at BWI is an awesome place to spend hours and just watch planes out on the apron taxiing around, taking off, and landing. Hope you...

Decided to upload a separate video on this channel highlighting the ramp tour I did of DL88, also known as the last MD88, for those that are interested. This is the full, unedited, & raw footage of the whole tour. Hope you guys enjoy and long live the mad dog! ...

Hey guys! During my MD-88 trip down to Atlanta in June, I shot some extra plane spotting footage that I wasn't able to use in either of the videos I uploaded to the main channel, so I thought either than waste it, I'll put it all on here. This footage was shot between the time I got off the 2nd to last MD-88 from PIT and when DL88 (the last MD-88) arrived into Gate A4. Hope you guys enjoy this ...

Hey guys! While at Orlando International Airport in January of 2020, I decided to shoot a montage for my full flight video on the main channel of aircraft around Airside 1, which is mostly used by JetBlue & Frontier. This is the raw footage from that. Besides these two airlines, also got to see jets from American, Copa, Silver, Volaris, and Southwest passing by with a few special surprises such...
Rainstorm Plane Spotting @ London Heathrow Airport
Просмотров 8024 года назад
Hey guys! When I passed through London Heathrow back in November 2019, I had a pretty long layover and so was able to shoot some spotting footage for my main channel as a montage that you can see in my LHR-WAW video aboard British Airways' A321. It wasn't your ordinary day as London was in the midst of a rainstorm, and so a lot of the aircraft landing had awesome vapor streaks you can clearly s...
Full Ride on Dulles Airport's Mobile Lounge
Просмотров 20 тыс.4 года назад
Hey guys! During one of my recent trips to IAD, I took a ride aboard one of Dulles' classic & rare mobile lounges after returning back to the airport from Europe. My flight came into Concourse C and so to get over to customs, I had to take the mobile lounge basically all the way across the airport. I personally like people movers purely for their speed, but I never get tired of taking vehicles ...
Terminal Plane Spotting @ Philadelphia International Airport

Hey guys! Welcome to this first Pure Flight video! As I describe at the beginning of this video, this channel will house my raw aviation footage from my various trips around the world that I deem not acceptable for my other channel. I wanted to upload this particular one to thejazzguy13 Aviation, but unfortunately, I lost the ability to see each passing aircraft's origin/destination as I filmed...
Flying Vegas tonight ✨✨
Stunning wing.
Yup, landing in LV at night is pretty darn cool
anyone know the engines on the mobiel lounges
Very nice 👍🏼
It's just a bus. They were obsolete the day they were introduced. The airport was originally designed around the idea of boarding planes directly from the mobile lounges. That never worked. They've been recovering from that horrible design decision ever since. All Dulles is jury rigged.
JLK
Still to this day, my favorite view at night!
I rode these a while ago. I called it a bus.
Jfk used these as a way to board planes
Best place ever. Jawdropping especially at night.

Nice video.
We need these mobile lounge buses at LAX.
Wave goodby to your money
If you walk the airport trail you can watch the planes fly right above you coming in for landing
Hey guys are you want fly on alitalia from dulles to rome
How many other airports have these things I know Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson and Mexico City have used them do they still operate?
There has to be a Mobile Lounge design capable of reaching the A380 upper deck since A380 also files to IAD
Rode one of these in 1965 or 1966 - new then.
What I want to know is how does one get a job driving one of those things
Been on that tour several times when flying between Fairbanks and anchorage. It’s actually an approved flight plan route by the FAA only for Alaska airlines. They don’t always do it though. It’s up to the particular flight crew and they don’t do it that often. Usually it happens when they’re ahead of schedule and would have to circle anchorage instead to wait for their landing slot time
good stuff!
What airport are u going to do next?
Home for 747😍😍 Nice catches🤩
Excellent video Chris!
no way you just uploaded here. my life is fulfilled
Such a stunning video!
Being from a fairly flat area, those mountains were gorgeous to look at.
This is one of the regular interterminal lounges. The other lounges seen at the start of the video are the plane mates, which are used to get to aircraft on hardstand and cannot access a jetbridge for one reason or another.
I’m in Washington now! And I the mobile lounge is a cool ride between terminals
Where did you fly from if you don't mind me asking
Atlanta 👍🏻
YUL has them, when it's very busy in the summer they park some planes at the remote stands and use these "buses" to offload or board the passengers. They were used often at the old YMX airport. When YMX closed down they transferred some of them to YUL to use them there. We call them PTV (Passenger Transport Vehicle)
The mobile lounge is a great way to see what activities go on the ramp and how aircraft is moved around 😀
This is a superb video! I travel to Central Florida every summer via Delta Airlines. I always connect into Atlanta International before going into Melbourne,Florida. This is my alltime favorite airport because it is the best airport for plane spotting from inside the terminals. Most of the time I have a 3 to 4 hour layover before my flight either into Florida or on the way back home. They also have some of the best restaurants there. So, I always get myself a good home cooked meal before boarding for the next flight out. Great job once again!
Wow the lights....
Been flying nearly every week for the last 4 years for work all over the US. Finally ended up one one of these earlier this week. Never seen anything like it!
I've never seen the Luxor Pyramid have lights going down the sides. Looks cool.
Yea, they added those LED lights on its sides about 2 years ago. It changes color every few minutes. I like them too. 🔥
Great vid!
Fantastic video :)
Never get tired of that amazing sight 😁
I absolutely love the vibrant colors.
Amazing! Thank you!
Really cool! Great video!
Excellent video Chris, that was one heck of a landing!
Hey Life’s Ups and Downs! Fancy seeing you here!
Honestly I have to say that I’m very lucky to be able to ride these every flight. When I fly from Istanbul to Washington there is a 99% chance that I transfer to a mobile lounge to get to the arrival section, these things are super rare and riding on these things are a fun and unique experience!
Lucky you. The one time I rode one was at Montreal-Mirabel airport in 1989. I was a young boy and I was puzzled because I knew we were off the plane, but we were in a vehicle that wasn't a bus, but had windows the same shape as on the plane!
I ride these every week. It's just a bus.
Fantastic capturing 🤩🤩
Awesome video!😸
The boss baby the PU the sighing and coughing the Go Key West FL!
Before September 11th you were allowed to ride them to the other side to pickup or drop passengers. It made trips to the fun as a kid.
Actually when I flew Turkish Airline’s A330’s from Istanbul to Washington, everybody would transfer to the mobile lounge! I was on these flights beginning in ‘09 I believe so it was long after 9/11
@@RobloxianX I don’t know when the practice stop. We’ve never been able to go past the front part of the airport for years. We’ve always had to say our goodbyes there and then the traveler proceeds alone. I’ve flown a few times out Dulles since 9/11 (05, 08, 10, 15) and never been able to have family escort me past that point. Picked up people too and the same thing
@@ShottaKenya I guess its now used for terminal to terminal transportation
@@RobloxianX right, and I think even that’s rare since there’s the underground rail system? I’ve only been on those travel lounges once in the past decade
@@ShottaKenya I think the rail system is used if you are going from the entrance point to a terminal. I think the lounges are used to transport people from terminals that dont have the rail system to the baggage claim
