The University of Pittsburgh's Clinical and Translational Science Institute, the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh, the New Pittsburgh Courier, and UPMC?s Center for Engagement and Inclusion will conclude their exploration of the Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) this month by focusing on Alzheimer's Disease (AD) and dementia. The Community Health Series Partnership (CHSP) will highlight the work taking place at the University and in the community around these critical health conditions.
