wow. it seems almost criminal such a place could be left to rack & ruin. But I understand how it happens. Still a shame but a great thing that you two have taken on the act of saving it from further decline. Edited to add; yes, I know you have passed it on. But the work continues and I still applaud you for your valiant efforts.

This place is my dream and I can't thank you enough for the work you've done to this place! I was 17 when I found it and it was love at 1st sight! I am happy its being restored! Something I could never do and afford at 17!
