That is stupid. Difficulty progression stops after 6th cycle, no matter how many cycles you go through after that, the difficulty remain the same. So yeah, if you beat 6th cycle, you can beat 10th and 100th and 1000th.

To be honest the weapons and armor you obtain for each chapter should absolutely remain a viable option for people like myself that want to use them for a more immersive experience. Being forced to use specific builds in order to get through the game is just not fun at all and only being able to use Mythical weapons on early bosses just makes the game a job sense you need that extra damage just for the early chapters. Also if the DLC ends up being a nightmare due to NG+5 then I'm just gonna resort to the superpower of PC gaming and utilize Mods with a new separate playthrough in order to balance out the experience. I can see many others stopping at the completion of unlocking the Great Sage mode and using the Rare Item Drop mod to get Celestial Ribbons in chapter 5 as the mod makes that resource farmable. Also having the game be like this just isn't fun as there's a difference between just getting good to have fun and then you have to be at a hardcore level or use specific builds and weapons just to get through it which is why won't feel bad if I manage to balance out the experience with modding. If they want to balance out gamer progression then they should work in new animations and more complex attack patterns to further throw you off balance and keep you on your toes (this includes Yellow Loong, and Erlang) instead of just making each hit a one shot hit to the player or rather a near death hit. 10/10 story and world with so many outstand parts and characters that you''ll swear that god made this game. 7.5/10 for that NG+5 experience that makes getting through the game a job and that's just stressful and not fun at all

If you are on NG, do enemies become stronger?

I like pairing Fuban Staff or Blazing Karma with the pilgrim set for heal/charged heavy during sprints. pairing it with different drinks/soaks/curios for sprint speed and focus point healing is fun too

Damn that’s crazy no damage on top of crazy no defense and it only gets harder like these bosses will literally 3rd shot you one of their strikes will do like 1500-2000 damage most armors are like 480 or 500 bull king armor is like 600 old wukong armor like 800-850 with the triple defense curios belts and wondering white … maybe spellbinder and life strand ?

Scaling stops at NG+5 (6th cycle). The only reason you're being one shot is because of the armor you're using and because you haven't adapted your build to stack large amounts of Damage Reduction during your combat.

I just beat NG+ 6 and tbh I’m used to having useless health and I honestly don’t see how I can take any more damage from bosses after this but who knows, I certainly hope not cause atp the Yakhsha Set is the only armour that is efficient for me despite taking 30% extra damage. I’ve never seen a really good dmg reduction build and from what I’ve tried I can only get up to 6% and it’s useless

I give you props man. I’m at new game plus 4 and I can see whatever builds ppl were building has become garbage lol until you play NG plus 4 and higher you haven’t played the real game yet lol. It feels like playing the game the first time around but with everything you need and now getting one shot killed by bosses. This is where the real challenge begins! If you’re a true player! what build were u using

I am used to play most game in harder difficulty, so for me BALCK MYTH WUKONG was not easy but not harder than other game when played in hardest difficulty. I don't know about higher NG+ but I played the 1st NG+ for 100% the game and it felt much more easier than first playthrought. But seems like going further would be a challenge, I'll mayber try it later. Thanks for the video.
